Has anybody been watching this? What a hilarious insight into the workings of a call centre!

So far my highlights have been Nev taking the young girl around the office to find a single man, and the arm-wrestle for promotion!

Watched this for the first time last week, the guy is very similar to how my old manager at HBOS was.

Quite fancied the highly unreliable girl Ania (?) that was given so many chances it was unreal.
