3rd Lions Test - Media are seriously overreacting!
The media and notable rugby pundits, ex coaches and players etc, seem to all be going bonkers today.

The above article is just ridiculous in my view. For instance...
"You've got [former England and Lions coach] Sir Clive Woodward saying they've done the wrong thing, the management, taking them to a beach resort.
Well for starters, is Sir Clive Woodward not the man who coached the Lions to 3-0 series loss? Albeit, against NZ. Either way, I don't think his arguments hold much ground.
"You've got the Scottish journalists complaining there's no Scots in the side and now the dropping of Brian O'Driscoll, you've got a respected journalist like [BBC rugby union correspondent] Ian Robertson saying it's absolutely crazy."
I like how the BBC decide to mention/argue this point now, at the end of the tour. Yet they seem to think it gives the opinion of Ian Robertson more credibility. Before today I don't think I have seen a single article by the BBC regarding scots representation.
"But it's a big call to bring Roberts back, he has to come back in the side but let's hope he's 100% fit - picking Tuilagi on the bench says to me that they're having him as cover in case Jamie breaks down."
Or... It might be to add a huge impact in the dying minutes of the game maybe? Plus, if Tuilagi did replace Roberts early on, would that be such a bad thing? Both are huge ball carriers.
Basically, I think the Wallabies will be up against it this weekend. It may well be a close margin, but this is a side capable of ensuring the margin suits the Lions. Its sad the captain, BOD and POC are not involved, but the replacements Parling (with Gray now on the bench), Roberts and SOB (Tipuric on the bench) are hardly bad ones. Plus in the first test, Maitland wasn't used off the bench, yet this weekend Tuilagi will almost certainly come on, giving an even bigger boost than the first tests bench.
The BBC seem to think that Gatland's decision to exclude BOD could destroy his career!? Is one ageing Irish legend, who didn't have a brilliant game last week, really what could decide the test match? I don't think so.. Maybe if the Lions were adapting a more creative style of gameplan, but not for the power game. If anything BOD's inclusion inhibits the power game.
I am nervous for the Wallabies, this game is going to be tough!

I think behind it all people know whats going on. Gatland is putting his Welsh job ahead of the Lions tour. Remember what happened to Graham Henry!
