Just guessing reading the comments? Personally I think it looks good on paper. Would have:

Evans for Parling on the bench
JD2 at 13 with Roberts at 12 and no BOD i'm afraid
Hibbard to bolster the scrum
Vunipola on the bench for Grant, better impact in the loose
Phillips on the bench for Youngs
Lydiate at 6 for Croft

Basically, I would go with what Gatland has basically picked bar a few other selections.
