Modric is a fantastic player he is worth much more than £15m.

Brilliant replacement. Mkhitaryan + Aubameyang + c.£6m = Gotze = mega win.

Atletico Madrid were rumoured to be after Benteke but since signing David Villa for under £5m I doubt they'd spend £20m on Benteke.

Juve are probably interested, they've signed most other strikers this summer.

Reckon Liverpool would jump in?
Sell Suarez for £40 odd & get Bentekkers for half that.

Carrick is worth more then that world class player. Modric made Spurs tick you forgot because Madrid ruined him.

Modric was great at Spurs.
He should never have gone to Madrid. Saim K & Alonso were vital midfielders Jose' setup + there was no way he would push Ozil out the team.

Modric will fizzle out to nothingness now, end up playing in Turkey like Sneijder & not achieving what he could of.

Arsenal have done renovations too. All top level clubs will.

Modric is underrated by you lot. He's hardly known for his goal scoring is he. All you lot look at is his goal tally and oh he's playing Poopie.

I look at what Modric brings as a CM:

Tackling = poor
Passing = good range, but not always the right selection
Shooting = not good enough
Stamina = best feature, can run and run and run and run and run
Hair = terrible

Overall, I'd rate Carrick much higher, and I could probably name 50 CMs better than Modric. He's so over-priced it's unreal.

I dont underrate him. Hes a good player. Just wasted at Madrid.
If he had come to Man united he would of been sitting next to Carrick running the show.
He keeps things ticking, at Spurs a lot of play went though him. At Madrid he doesnt get the game time to shine. Starting half the matches isnt enough for him to show what he can do.

That's why he has the 4th highest chances created in the premier league and that he made 3rd most forward passes in opposite half with 5th best percentage rate.

Modric keeps the team moving he can drop really deep or go forward he was the reason Bale looked good.

Name 50 better CM than Modric I bet you can't.

This is the short version cutting out the boring parts.

About 2 weeks ago maybe longer I was at work it was quite I didn't have much to do, it's a council building so we have a library downstairs. There was this women she was average looking nothing special so I started talking to her and saying you're preety blah blah blah she was about 44 an she looked it but I lied and said you look 30 haha. She was asking me questions if im married or if I have a gf, then she started asking me weird questions if im responsible can I stand on my own feet at that time I didn't care I just wanted to bang her so I was coming out with all the lines to woo her. She gave me her number an her address told me to come down after work an she said to me that shes divorced an has 4 kids one which is a few years younger than me it was obvious she wanted me to bang her why else mention shes divorced.

i made my way there knocked the door went inside she made me sit down she started asking those weird questions again I tried changing subjects she took me to the other room an no word of a lie there were 4 people in a wheelchair all couldn't move or speak except one. I freaked out I thought I was going to die she was going to kill me.

SHe said to me ive been watching you for some time and you seem like a nice guy an I want you to marry my daughter (her daughter was one of the 4 in a wheelchair) I said I can't I panicked I rushed out.

She came last weekq I seen her she had this really beautiful girl with her she was my age. I told her to leave me alone and I'm not interested.

It was a really silly thibg to do an I learnt my lesson. The end

I was waiting for the bus in town, there was this old man who winked at me I assumed he was winking in agreement of the preety girl behind me so I winked back with a nod of the head. This went on for 10 minutes, he approached me asking where im going and if I'd like to come back to his place (Wolverhampton aka nick furys ends) I looked behind me and that girl was not there so we were winking at each other for 10 mins.

Well, I used to frequent a gothic club back at Uni. It was mega fantastic - great music, cheap booze (double vodka = £1.20), Labatts on tap at 75p a pint, all your mates there, get smashed and headbang in the moshpit.

One night I'd not drunk as much as normal (chatting too much / singing too loudly), and I noticed this rather foxy, yet slightly chubby lonely looking semi-Goth girl. I thought, hey, she's nice looking, wonder if she'll talk to me...

10mins later we're all over each other, I take her back to our student halls, I go back to hers, we do the business (), and I fall asleep. It was a pretty spectacular night.

Then I woke up feeling really weird, and in someone else's clothes. She then tells me she's a white witch, and that she knew when she saw me we were meant to be together. She started chanting something, and I couldn't reach the door! When she was finished I pretended I had some lectures I needed to attend, then bolted with a promise to call her later.

So I ran home, got changed, went straight to the student union for a beer with my best mate...who had brought along his 'new friend' from his course. Guess who! And she then proceeds to tell my best mate all about our night, and how in love we are!

I then cried off and hid in the library, he text me and said 'she's nuts', and we both avoided her for about a week, I must have had 1,000 calls that week and about 500 texts. I had to stay in someone else's room to avoid her coming to mine.

Eventually she gave up, but for the rest of uni she kept pestering my mate about me.

I saw her in London a couple of years ago, I nearly had a heart attack
