Premier League injuries and lawyers were done last night, but I need someone to do them for the championship then I can post them as they are always posted together.

I've got a lot of editing to do on my PE project video tonight so results will be up asap after that.

I've also put them off a bit too see if anymore are forthcoming, as only have 3 sets at the minute

Tough game to call with two great sides on display. Varane man-marking Balotelli works, and Leali is unproven in the Atlanta goal. The home side have clearly done their homework on the opposition. Between the two sides there is a lot of midfield talent and this makes it an intriguing battle, neither side able to truly dominate. Not a fan of De Rossi. Saying Koscielny struggles against physical players is absolute nonsense. A game where I can see both sides having joy in some places but I think to pick a winner would be harsh on the losing side, neither deserves to lose.

Dos Cervezas Por Favor 2-3 Spanish Bank FC
A thrilling game but the away side get a good victory with an excellent display. Llorente gave Pepe a torrid time today in attack, he has a great height advantage. It just doesn't work for me having centre backs trying to man-mark, as Tevez and Llorente have good movement. Kroos, on the other hand was able to run the game as he wasn't man-marked and should have been. Bank going forward look excellent though and Lewandowski gets chances with the support.

I like the ideas from Chorizo, however it's difficult to judge until they get a real test from a manager who hands in tactics.

The Atalanta midfield dominates and outplays Azurini , they are solid at the back but the sheer amount of pressure and constant threat gets them 3 goals

Dos Cervezas por favor 1vs0 Spanish Bank

Both teams equal attacking and an even midfield battle, however favours defence is just that bit stronger and sees them hold out unlike bank who let the game slip late on.

A bunch of headless chickens vs a well organised and drilled unit

Feedback: A shame Gregers went to such length and put together great tactics, yet CF could only be bothered to do a starting XI. My scoreline reflects my feelings on this.

Il Azzurini 1-1 Atalanta Falcons

Feedback: Love the Azzurini set up, think it allows them to get the best out of their midfield especially. Falcons are also set up very well, and this is reflected in my vote. Gone for a score draw, quality throughout both sides, and both set up very well. Good game

Dos Cervezas por favor 2-1 Spanish Bank

I like the gameplan from Bank, a good old physical game, however I'm not sure it works very well against Por Favor in particular, who can also go if they need too. Think Por Favor win this, the Bank defence is a little weak and the next area of improvement for GSC to take in my opinion. Marky's side is in my mind the best in the Prem

Just to say a shocking effort this week all round

Well we need a new manager to take over Azzy's old team (see what I did there)

Just about sums up his effort so far that  

Will say I love the diamond as a formation in real life, however I'm not so sure it works that well on here, but personally I love it

Cheers mate, I love the diamond too and going 4-3-1-2 to defend worked well as well. Fed up on 4-3-2-1 so trying things out

I wonder if there's anything in the idea of voting on all games except your own. Would give more votes making results fairer. Not that i'm bothered by winning the votes 2-1, but another four voters per game would make it fairer.

Tactical voting

In this version of the league the rules will stay as they are, most weeks we get six sets of predictions.

At the end of the season, we will look at potential rule changes, reboots, etc.

Olly has a point. Does seem harsh to lose the game down 1 win and goal vote tho

Unfortunately with the lack of predos this week, that's the way it has to be.

I came to work to find an email saying we have new internet filtering software and I thought for sure this site would be gone...but it isn't.

I have like 4 votes for the championship game. I will do the result by midday but I first have to try and get on top of some work and figure out if any of it actually matters.

Yeah they copied it from an American version, a lot of it is based in London and Manchester.

 

This lack of results would never happen in a Cherry Cup week.

Default wins (2-0) for both Bratwurst Mannschaft and Brust Sauger

Cherries and Trebs may collect their bonuses of £2.5m.
The rest of you may have £1m.

Bassender 2 - Elphick 1

A strong team out from both side but the quality of Bassender is clear throughout, Trebs has turned one of the worst sides ever in these leagues into a side that I believe many would feel is in the wrong division. I struggle to see where he can improve next. Elphick are a work in progress but I think against most other sides in the division they would win today. Cherries must be commended for sticking to his guns and putting together a great first xi and I really hope they dont come bottom this season as they deserve more than that

Two good sides, not sure 4-4-2 works for Bassender with two out and out centre forwards in Gomez and Ibrahimovic. I don't view Ibrahimovic as a second striker personally. However E4J playing Lichtsteiner at the wrong fullback position plays into Menez's hands and he causes problems. Both sides strong in attack though, for all Bassender's strength over the park the E4J front three cause problems for them and it ends in a score draw

Bassender 0-1 Elphick

Man for man Bassender are better but it doesn't quite work for me. Cherries recent improvement culminates on a shock win

Bassender 3-2 Elphick4Justice
Very very attacking side from Bassender, and E4J are also set up to attack. It will be a goal fest but with a good midfield pairing in Alonso and Bender it probably means Bassender just have the balance right. They were almost too attacking...
