As far as Im concerned, if you get up after eight, you risk the ref making the decision for you.

Scored it as I saw it. Scott was still on his knee at 9.

No, you get up on 8. That is pretty standard. He tried to get up on 9. Foolish and tough but there was nothing suspect about it.

You have to think that if it was Chisora receiving that count he would have been allowed to continue after getting up at 9. Scott was stupid leaving it that late, but he was up before the ref waived it off so should have been allowed to continue.

Fair enough Maliks own fault he maybe should have known to lift gloves up at 8 count and not wait til 9 count, but imagine if it was in the states and the other way round im 100% certain wed be calling this a robbery.

the rules state you must get up before 10 and scott got up at 9 so he should have continued.

I do think that the fight was swinging towards chisora as scott had swelling under the eye and looked to be tiring.

It was turning into a decent fight before the robbery.
