This has been bugging me for years and I am hoping you would be able to explain to me.

The word "still" not in it's normal use but as a slang word, I don't understand what the purpose or meaning of it is.

An example would be something like this "Yeah I'm good still"
What what does that even mean, there's no need to add that word in the sentence it don't add anything to it. Please can you explain to me Nick thanks.
