For the 'K' question, is Kriek (RSA) too far outside the last 20 year cutoff? Mark Kratzman (AUS) is another that comes to mind.

You take the first letter of the name, convert it to a number, double it, convert it back to a letter, think of animal beginning with that letter.... darn it, I've lost it again.
