I voted on it regardless, just in case
I have to say, it seems like every week a team is missing either injuries or lawyers. Would never have happened in Afro's day

Happy birthday for Saturday Olly. You're almost an adult.
Told you that you'd lose though. You were always a curse going on an 18th birthday.

I was very tempted to have a bet (glad I didn't would have lost), but I shall be getting into betting in the next few weeks.
Especially on NFL, seems pretty easy to make monies on that

I use William Hill because they are close to my home and work. That way if I win I can cash easily. But I don't win.

Dunno. I think you have to print something and go collect.
As you can see, my betting career has been consistent failure. I did win once but I left the cash in there and bet it all again.

Did anyone here used to watch Hey Arnold?
I was thinking about a specific episode earlier. One where his grandpa tells the story of a train driver that goes mad and drives to hell or something. And I remember being a kid, and being absolutely petrified of the entire episode.

Re: Euro Division LXV
You can normally get some pretty good introductory offers, so keep an eye out for those.
On a day to day basis, I find Skybet the best to use, but Paddy Power and Betfred often have the best bonus offers, especially on football bets.
Otherwise much of a muchness. You have a balance which can be withdrawn to your bank account. I have heard that you can depsoit straight from your account too although I haven't had to do that for years now

They have the free bet club and I can refer you. Coral (my fave) and Hills are the best two for odds though.

Ok major information overload
Soddy who do the best NFL odds, cos that's where I think I can make the most money. If I bet on footie, I'll end up making stupid bets.
Like from now on I shall be putting a quid on Michael Turner anytime every game

I only use WH so I don't know. It's all the same to me. Consider it a big toilet that you flush your money down and you'll do fine. It might make it a bit more exciting each week of course.Olly wrote:Ok major information overload

WH seem decent value though. As I said in the AF thread, I had 14-1 that any Chief barring Charles/Bowe scored their first TD. Sure, I lost out, but that seems long odds when they may chuck it to the tight end in the redzone.

I intend to make some money Sodhat. Putting aside a starting fund of say 50 quid, and the profit I make, will be what I bet with. See how long I can keep it going!sodhat wrote:I only use WH so I don't know. It's all the same to me. Consider it a big toilet that you flush your money down and you'll do fine. I shall pull the company line, and use William Hill for the v2 forum to gain from it. What do I get like a free tenner bet or something?

Re: Euro Division LXV
Depends on what they offer at the time, but yeah, that sounds about the standard offer.
I bet you lose that £50. I suppose it depends how you gamble, but I'm reckless and I'd wager you are too.
See, I even tried to make a bet on who the most reckless gambler was.

No because v2 and them have some sort of link up, you get some sort of offer, or something so the footie podcast said. HERO?!?!
I'll be reckless at times, but if there are NFL odds like the ones you found for the Chiefs, then I fancy I can make some monies

Might have a look at that later. It's a pretty reasonable bet, although the Steelers defense is still pretty good.Afro wrote:The talk of AF betting rubbed off.

I might take the under on whatever they're offering. I see a grinding game and not many points.

Is there any bets on sacks the Bengals will get? That Steelers O-line is really poor, would bank on the Bengals getting 5 sacks at least

Re: Euro Division LXV
Handicap is a 6.5 point headstart to Cincinatti, the over/under is 41 points.
Well it is at Paddy Power. They are also doing Hail Mary weekend, where on all games, they give the money back on all losing handicap bets if the last touchdown is 25 yards or more

Hi all,
Due to Poopie college stuff I'm pretty much stuffed for time also with the upcoming GTA and FIFA I feel my spare time will be limited
With sad news I have to resign from my job
I feel that my limited activity is harming you all and someone would and could do a better job
I'm sad and I bet you all are and maybe on day once everything is back to normal I may return however now is not my time,
Ill pop in occasionally to see how you all is tho
