Felt rough last week, went out on friday which made it worse (lasted one drink before going home) and then crawled into a ball for a few days. Better now though, although new work system is being weird with here!

I know it's only the League Cup tonight, but the Southampton side to face Bristol City is 10 players i've either sold or released plus James Ward-Prowse (who I'd better hang on to!)

Well he's only left Marseille due to incomings so his a pretty safe bet. Plus he's better then Anichebe so all good

No, all our loans are built in with an option to buy for a set price. Sinclair is £4.5m, Amalfitano is £3m, Vydra is £6.5m, Popov is £2m. Previous loans have included Foster (£4m), El Ghanassy (£2.5m) and Vela (£5m).

The exception was of course Lukaku

West Ham pulled one out of the bag last night. Against Cardiff's reserves.

We created plenty but neither Collins nor Taylor are good enough any more. Morrison is the real deal though. Great goal, hand in the second and then a defence splitter that should have been scored by Petric.

Sam took him off around 60 minutes in when we were 2-1 up and we then proceeded to be terrible. Despite missing half an hour, he was still named man of the match

Right, I'm up for a big deal or two today.

I will listen to offers on the likes of Muniain and Herrera for today only

I'll definitely be getting the PS4 but not straight away, I'll wait till they have a good collection of games out. I don't know what to do with my PS3 I won't be playing it anymore.

Ill get a next gen console when i can afford one there is no hurry though really.

We somehow managed to completely dominate Watford's reserves yet find ourselves 2-0, only for an 18 year old debutant to save us

Hope we get a good home draw next round. We never do though

Idiots. £25m for one season of Lewandowski. Arsenal did the right thing with RVP. Only thing Dortmund can do is sell him for £8m to Bayern in January perhaps.

Not too sure how I would feel, everyone deserves a second chance. But what he did was pretty disgusting.

He shouldn't be out of jail still. Despicable. How awful that other countries have justice systems that are just as inept as the UK one.

I wonder if there should be some deduction on his wages for the victim/charities relating to that sort of crime. I'm not against the rehabilitation of criminals, and if he's good enough to be a professional footballer then so be it. Not sure there would be the same sort of outrage if he was employed as a street cleaner.

You'd hope he'd suggest it himself, but I bet he hasn't. Prison may have let him 'find himself', but the victim is always forgotten. Poor girl. And now she has to live with seeing him become rich and famous.

Worst part of it is that, because of the stigma, they've scrapped the very programme which allowed him to become a footballer whilst in prison. That's scandalous, because if people are so upset by it, then the bloke shouldn't be allowed to play the game.
