Re: Season 6 Homepage 1
I've calculated the results and they're almost ready to go, we're just waiting on Adam/Enforcer to vote on this week's set of shows, if you've already voted and sent them to either Tooze or Fernando then please disregard this post.
Marky, if your struggling with time to write this week's show, just say something and we'll extend your deadline to Monday evening...

Announcement
Due to a few people asking for an extension the Wwa board have deemed it only fair that for 1 week only everyone's deadline is extended by 24 hours.
Therefore, the show deadline will now be midnight Monday evening/Tuesday morning. The voting deadline shall also be moved 24 hours to Thursday. The sooner votes are in the sooner we can get results up.
As for this past weeks results we are still waiting to hear from hobo or enforcer. to hear if they are voting or not. As soon we hear from them results will be posted. They are ready to go but there results could change things

WWA Announcement
After lengthly discussions, this season we'll be making a slight change to the end of season format. Instead of 1st Place having to compete in the End of Season Play-offs, they will instead automatically qualify for the Finals. 2nd Place will now face 3rd Place in the Semi-Finals with the winner going on to face 1st Place.
I have now received votes from Enforcer/Adam and votes have been tallied, however due to complications with votes this week, e.g. late shows, not voting, deductions will be made so I'm just waiting for either Tooze or Fernando to double check that they're right. They should be posted very shortly. Lastly Injuries were also posted earlier today so everybody can get moving with this week's shows!
Here's This week's Feedback.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ASWF's show this week starts off well and builds towards the next PPV straight away, I think some of the rivalries are already taking shape and the ones that have carried on have been made stronger. I felt as if some of the matches as well as the final match felt a little predictable but it is easy to see why the people won the match as it carries on the storyline really well. Overall a really strong showing that got me looking forward to gimmickfest.
MWF is an odd mix of great matches and matches that seemed to lack the same passion, I felt the show was really strong and Tooze tackled the problem of the shows feeling hollow earlier this season, the PPV is set to be an amazing event and this show really helped get me excited for it.
NGPW's show as always is strong as hell and provides some great match ups with what is arguably the best roster this season, I feel though as if we've seen CM Punk take on Cesaro one too many times so the feud is slightly losing steam despite still being entertaining, I have no doubt though that Nando and Enigma will have something up their sleeve to bring it back. I felt that NGPW provided the strongest show of the week and at this point in my mind, are clear favourites to take the crown this season.
NGPW - Great show, great read and an almost PPV-esque show. I will say the show was too long and if it wasn't so entertaining I'd have skipped parts. Cut down on match length is my advice.
OPAL continues to go from strength to strength, I felt the show flowed a lot better but could still do with a few minor improvements, I am beginning to like the use of older wrestlers a little more but feel that Jai should make sure they don't take focus away from his younger superstars. I felt some of the matches such as Vader and AR Fox felt out of place but overall a strong show, a minor gripe would be the formatting as it seemed to be good in parts and bad in others.
OPAL - A good show and an enjoyable read, maybe requires better formatting but that's a minor point. Good use of Earthquake.
Nxtreme provided an entertaining show that left a lot of questions to be answered and had me intrigued for the following weeks, it's a shame that time was against Greggers as some of the matches had real potential to be amazing but they didn't take too much away from the show. I'm excited to have all the questions answered and knowing nXtreme there will be many twists on the way.
nXtreme - Another great show, very enjoyable read and a nice twist in the main event. Looking forward to next week. Shorter matches may have been due to time but was better for me, would argue that's a plus point.
WOW - Top show, enjoyed the show a lot and really enjoyed the main event. Looking forward to next week.
PWW - Good show, plenty of fun and a very good and well described main event. PWW becoming the show to watch every week, not necessarily to win votes mind.

Apologies for all the problems we've caused. Having a nightmare with access in the day at the moment, where all my writing is usually done! Head of Finance sitting right behind you can cause such a load of boobie ache in make believe wrestling world!
We didn't provide feedback due to how late we were - this is the first week (I believe) that we have not provided any and I'll make sure that feedback is given for this weeks shows.

I'll take a technical win considering how OTT my week 7 show is and how extra OTT my week 8 will be I can see two 6-0 beatings, especially considering I'm up against nXtreme and then NGPW!

Lots of Votes & Feedback flooding in tonight which is a really positive thing to see! I know in the later stages of the season it can start to becoming tedious and draining but with one regular show left, let's have one big push heading into the PPV's!!!
Again, we're willing to accommodate and extend the deadline to Monday to get your shows in. Anybody in need of any extra time, now's your time to say so

The final set of weekly TV shows will be expected to be in before midnight on Monday. Again, if you're in need of an extension, you will have to let us know before Monday otherwise any late shows will be docked votes in the overall score.... Voting/Feedback will again be expected before midnight on Thursday.
We'll provide more information on the PPV deadlines when we've got the final shows out the way. Lastly, it looks like Thunder will be re-joining us and will be posting a very brief recap show from this past week, if you all could have a quick read before reading his next show, just to re-fresh memories incase something seems out of place. Thank You.

Week 7 Results
NGPW 5-0 MWF - Missing Thunder Vote
ASWF 4-1 KLIQ - Missing Thunder Vote
PWW 4-1 nXtreme - Missing Thunder Vote
OPAL 6-0 WOW - Default Win, There's Feedback Too!
Guys here's the situation. Earlier this week Thunder reached out and informed myself that he's leaving WWA due to personal issues and due to lack of time. However, after having a chat with him, he's decided to reconsider but because of the timing, he's had no time to make any votes/feedback, and with them being delayed enough as it is, we've decided to post them as his votes wouldn't effect the final outcome.
Thunder will be posting a very brief recap of what his Week 7 Show would have been over this weekend & will be re-joining us for next week. We've got plenty of feedback for all shows this week but I have better things to do on a Saturday Night then crawl through dozens of post and piece everything together so they'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Re: Season 6 Homepage 1
Feedback - not in order but Enigma/Tooze aren't here and it's easier this way
----------------------
NGPW has been my favourite fed all season with a perfect mix of matches and storylines with just the right people put in to the storylines, this weeks show for me wasn't the best of the season but it still continued to be strong getting me excited for the PPV, I feel like Punk is the right champion storyline wise but I feel that the belt has been defended too many times almost losing it's prestige. Overall the show was still really strong and the idea of Punk and Steen for the PPV is really exciting.
ASWF this week continues to build towards a strong and what should be entertaining PPV, the roster is strong as hell and despite some of the feuds feeling like stuff we've seen before Marky's writing keeps it feeling fresh. It felt weird seeing Bryan win the belt to start the show as it felt as if it should be a PPV moment but it's nice to see Bryan win the belt and keep it longer than a few hours. I felt the style of the matches was too long but this along with the Bryan title win were minor points becase the reveal of the main event for Gimmick Fest more than got me ready for it.
KLIQ this week is funny as ever and even though the storylines aren't serious the PPV is beginning to look really strong, I felt as if the show dragged in places but the match between Brock and Nation was great. I look forward to seeing the PPV and the build and love how KLIQ have kept everything fresh even though they've used running jokes.
MWF this week did a great job of building on the history of MWF and using it to bring a new level of excitement to the upcoming PPV, I felt as if MWF was unlucky to come up against arguably the strongest fed with such a strong show. I still feel that sometimes MWF can feel a little bare but I would like to stress that this week the balance was really good between matches and backstage stuff.
OPAL this season has surprised me with how good the shows have been in Jai's first season, I feel like minor issues still need to be fixed such as the formatting and the weird match ups (such as Harry Smith v Khali) but overall the shows are strong, entertaining and well thought out. I feel like if Jai sticks around (hopefully he does) he can build on this and create even better stuff in following seasons
-----------------
O - Superb show even if I'm not a fan of hardcore wrestling, looking forward to your chamber
Kliq vs ASWF - Winner ASWF
K - I love the prizefighter championship, I hope the Dr X storyline has an amazing payoff
A - Show of the week. And another Elimination Chamber? Wow looking forward to it . Bryan winning the title was unexpected as well
NGPW vs MWF - Winner NGPW
M - Love the originals feuding and the continued feeling of the show, feel the show needs more backstage stuff
N - The whole show is superb. I hope that Steen beats Punk at the PPV, love the ECW and NGPW world titles being defended seperately
--------------------
PWW Vs nXtreme - Winner PWW
nXtreme Feedback: Although some matches suffered with lack of detail, this was a superbly written show with one definitive storyline that has me double guessing at every turn. The Jesse Sorenson/Zema Ion was a smart move and would be worthy of opening any PPV. Edwards/Richards has been built superbly but it really needs to escalate next week to blow the feud off. Still behind the Bennett push but having the triple threat
is slightly confusing as both faces hate the heel here.
PWW Feedback: I know I shouldn't, but I did really enjoy this week's show! The ongoing EMT Joke and the multiple injuries made a compelling story in Gargano's victory. Opening Segment leading into the first match was decent and the RVD/Angle match was fantastic, shame it didn't go on longer. Zeb Coulter is comedy gold.
OPAL Vs WOW - Winner OPAL
OPAL Feedback: The debut and introduction to the debuting Necro Bucther was written superbly and with the Elimination Chamber heavily focused, making a good consistent show. The opening segment was far too long in getting into the action, and apart from the odd miss-match Smith/Khaili it was an enjoyable show.
ASWF Vs KLIQ - Winner ASWF
ASWF: Have to say surprised your World Title match opened the show, Womens match was top quality with the ladder spot, Good to see a proper tag team involved in the tag scene, Felt like the show was in reverse but i swear to god if you make Swagger champion i will 0 vote you not 1! 0!
KLIQ: Like the explanation of the BBBM group, Be interested to see how Heyman goes about his plan, thought Lesnar coming out to get at Uhaa was interesting to see how it goes further at the PPV
------------------------
PWW v nXtreme
PWW - Good to see PWW carrying on the way it has been, actually lol'd at Zeb Coulter's hard working American ladders, and despite how OTT it is it's still enjoyable.
nXtreme - Enjoyed reading the show, plenty of intregue and mystery and keeping me interested as to what happens next. Looking forward to End of the Lies.
Winner: PWW
NGPW v MWF
NGPW - Another top show, plenty of quality matches and segments and a nice main event and title change. Can't fault any part of the show.
MWF - Enjoyable read, like the International womens match idea, and the main event as well. Up against a better show unfortunately.
Winner: NGPW
OPAL v WOW
OPAL - Another great show from the ever improving Jai, OPAL is a very underrated show IMO and is unfortunate to be in a WWA season full of high quality shows, otherwise it would score higher each week.
WOW - n/a
Winner: OPAL
--------------------------
NGPW vs MWF – NGPW
NGPQ - Another good show from the best fed in WWA this season. Some excellent feuds developing and Punk v Steen is a dream match up.
MWF - I find the lack of formatting and grammar in MWF distracting, but I am a grammar pedant so it maybe a little harsh! Having Burchill not in his pirate gimmick is a travesty though!
Nxtreme vs PWW – PWW
Nxtreme - strongly booked show, but the very short matches affected the overall flow. The storylines are good and Aries not being under a mask was a good swerve.
PWW - Enjoyed the matches, really well written. The comedy was reigned in and I think the show was better for it. Best PWW show so far imo.
OPAL v WOW - OPAL
OPAL - I dislike light tube matches in real life, not a fan here either. A good show though, if a little long for a non ppv.
WOW - N/A

NGPW vs MWF – vote to NGPW
Solid show as always from NGPW, show flowed perfectly apart from when Generico was attacked by Cesaro, then seemed to be instantly in a match with no effect. Still an enjoyable read. CM Punk vs Kevin Steen always had to happen, looking forward to that match.
I find MWF hard to read every week, I get what it's about but I find it a little awkward. That being said I love the booking, Luke Hawx being an unexpected champion is great, going over Gunner who as I was reading I was sure would be the new champion, and who'd have thought they would see Paul Burchill standing in the same ring as Batista without getting buried.
ASWF vs Kliq – Vote to ASWF
Good show from ASWF, just I feel it's a bit too Gimmicky, trying to remake the wwe. I am glad Daniel Bryan won the title from Goldberg, but was this too big a match to put on first free on TV?
Also interested how Marky is going to write a 5 team tag match that will take some doing. Loved seeing Demolition.
I really hate the BBBM storyline, and Kliq is focused around this, have we ever been told what BBBM stands for? Because I keep thinking Blackberry Messenger everytime I read it. On another note not sure Lesner winning the title was the right move, logical but maybe unpopular.
Nxtreme vs PWW – Vote to nXtreme
I like the booking of nXtreme but we are either getting a lot of burials or very very short match. Most of which only getting 1 bullet point. Backstage segements are good though.
Where was the match details? Backstage segements were good but I missed the action from PWW. Like the ladder match between RVD & Angle ended in a no contest but I have no idea why.

Re: Season 6 Homepage 1
Not burials on nXtreme just writing the end to each match on the weekly shows!
Re: Season 6 Homepage 1
I have to say I'm super happy with the feedback I got but whoever gave these bits of feedback may need to read the shows a tiny bit better...BBBM stands for Big Black Bald Men (or something to that effect) and it clearly states in the PWW show why it was a no contestFernando wrote:
