Bearing in mind the above - what I'd like to know for each team is:
1. How is the season likely to go?
2. What are the teams' strengths?
3. What are the teams' weaknesses?
4. What can be done to improve matters for each team?
Any jingoism, sledging or graceless kicking of anyone whilst they are up or down will see posts deleted.
Be gracious and be constructive.

Yeah I think it's a good decision that will hopefully give them all some needed game time, just a shame they weren't sent to London Scottish!RDW_Scotland wrote:Makes sense all round really, and they should be playing at a standard higher than Prem 1.
Suspect LI just needed one lock, and the Toolis brothers decided which one was up for it!
Suspect Hislop will be back pretty soon though if one of our LHs gets injured. In fact I'm surprised he's gone at all as we only really have Dikcinson and Blaauw.
Hislop could always be recalled early if there are any injuries.

I see Clermont have come down in the world. From having on their books they're now going to have to make do with Jonathan Davies

Matt Scott (12) going to miss Edinburgh's hk games against Gloucester, which is the last thing we need with visser out.
On the plus side, he should be back for the 1872 to show that really is just a naughty boy.

RDW, just imagine what flattening the Bokkies will do for NDL's self-confidence: he'll be unstoppable come the annual gubbing. Also the enforced rest Ford is about to have will make him hungrier and sharper. You MFL are really in a good place right now.

The annoying thing is that it happened in the last play of a game that was well won.

I certainly hope not. And it does like it was a bit of a freak injury which is very minor, just ruling him out for a few weeks. Cause it's only a hand injury he should be able to keep his fitness up too.

ya know, when the International window is open, I tend to lose all snese of caring about the club game!
Shocking i know!
I has a question though!
What would have happened if Edinburgh had ulster at home? Would they play at HQ on friday night then play the international the follwoing day on the pitch?

Really, Jen. You should look after yer boys better. It took a couple of special dispensations (player demands) for Niko and DTH not to be on that list too - both should be with their international sides now.Jenifer McLadyboy wrote:Jaysis! True story: my best man before my wedding managed to work out how much my law firm would have been able to charge had 606 and 606v2 been clients of the firm, using my chargeout rate and the number of posts I'd made (assuming 2 minutes per post). Suffice to say the senior folk from my firm didn't find that part of the speech particularly funny......it was a lot!

Re: Glasgow and Edinburgh: Ongoing Banter Thread
I remember talking to my trainee lawyer friend, and finding out that her charge out rate was more than the Divisional Directors in the Engineering company I work for!
And let's face it, would you rather pay lots of money for a lawyer or someone whose job it is to make buildings and bridges not fall down??
Bloody lawyers!
