Starting England XV for the november internationals.

Very interesting...i had heard he had put some on...didnt realise a stone. So he could very well be around 18-8, and launchbury probably is 18-6.

Well i guess that answers the argument thats its not actualy weight we are missing, its more heavy duty carrying and other aspects...like playing people in their right positions...

Quite surprised that Lawes is actually heavier than previous seasons as he looks likes he's lost bulk.

Could have shed a bit if fat obviously but when you see him next to Day (down as 18st 3lbs) he looks like a bean pole!
