Top game Big problem

GTA 5 Massive game making millions so why so many problems, example just finished surveying the score mission upon completion a M should appear for the next mission, but alas no M appears,this apparently is a common problem with other players so cannot progress any further, a game as huge as this, years in the making should i would of thought have very little problems if any,lets not get started about the online issues
