Warks vs Worcs finishes in chaos.....
From the scorecard it looks as tho Worcs finished the match in disarray. Solanki retired hurt. Scott retired hurt. Richardson did not bat. So only 7 wickets fell in their all out total.
Warks have been docked 8 points for the state of the pitch. Will there be any more consequences for Warks - or were Worcs simply cutting their losses in bringing an already lost match to an early conclusion?
[Edit] Just seen Steve Rhodes comments on the pitch - none to complementary
"Their (the panel's) opinion was that it (the pitch) was poor but my personal view is that it was unfit. I can safely say that it is probably the worst wicket I have seen in professional cricket in England.
"It was a farcical finish to a farcical game, played in farcical conditions".
