There were two reasons for wanting rid of Bernard:

There's two players I really want to buy
He wasn't seeming to be getting the love from people due to being stuck in the Ukranian league despite being thought of as the 2nd best skillful Brazilian about atm ahead of Oscar and Lucas.

Also, the most anyone will get, based on current top TM value player in the league is £31.2m which would most likely be spent on a player of max TP limit value, currently £19.5m, meaning the manger/club would make £11.7m. Which would most likley be added to & used on a player of max TP Limit.

a manager would get lucky & get a offer on that £4m player they have been holding onto for a lawyer offer as if they were to release they would lose £2m.

I wish you were. What about one of the big clubs sacks their manager for not winning the title, then replaces them with a manager from a smaller club? Meaning the sacked manager has to build from scratch at a smaller club.

Your star player cheats on his wife with a teammates' wife and you have to decide which one to sell.

One of your players mows down a child while drunk driving and you have to decide whether to keep him or release him for 50% of his value.

One of your players calls a hit on you. You have to avoid the sniper for a full 90 minute match.

For the prize money, I think we should go with the £500k per place that I put up yesterday for this season.

For next season, I like the idea of setting targets, kind of like the sponsors without the guff.

Essentially, the league will be split into 3 or 4 from top to bottom. Each team in the same group will get the same choices of targets, with varying degrees of difficulty and reward.

e.g.

for the teams finishing 1st to 4th...

Target 1 - Win the league, prize money = £6m
Target 2 - Top 3 finish, prize money = £3m
Target 3 - Top half finish, prize money = £500k

for the teams finishing 5th to 8th...

Target 1 - Top 2 Finish, prize money = £8m
Target 2 - Top 4 finish, prize money = £4m
Target 3 - Top half finish, prize money = £2m

for the teams finishing 9th to 12th...

Target 1 - Top 4 Finish, prize money = £8m
Target 2 - Top 6 finish, prize money = £4m
Target 3 - Top 8 finish, prize money = £2m

and each team has to pick from their 3 options

You get a 3 match stadium ban for sexually assaulting the ref's wife. You have to find an assistant to do your tactics.

One of your players is subjected to racist chanting. Your player gets given a month of compassionate leave, and the opponents get a £10k fine.

One of your former players takes the mick out of you. You write a book and get £50m added to your budget.

One of your players is an outright racist. You have to decide whether to back him and keep him, paying £500k for silly T shirts or transfer him to Grimsby Town for £20.00

Your fans riot and force a game to be played behind closed doors. Essentially you have to write your tactics in a hard to read font and colour.

One of you players nails your daughter. That's it. You just got to live with that knowledge.

Despite being a middle to low table manager you get to manage the national team. With that wobbly neck and speech impediment You get to manage the national team and when you get sacked you get to take three players back to your club team. The name of the international country is yet to be decided.

You leave your current club to take over at a bigger club.

You're only allowed to make offers for your previous players that are half their TM value.

Good back to the ideas Azzy aka Piers Morgan can pretend to be a fake sheikh lure a manager into a lucrative contract. Then boom sting him right there expose him on the media page and his players then lose faith and performance drops by 22 %

One of your players has taken out a payday loan to cover his gambling addiction, you have to pay £1.5m or he's taken to hospital with #RWAT

Half of your team die in a plane crash. As you didn't have insurance, you have to entice Uncle Fan or El Dios out of retirement to fill your team with 16 year old wonder kids.*

If you play a number of players that in RL are smashing it up in what's regarded as currently the best league in the world but other managers haven't heard of them then you'll just get feed back that you need to improve the attacking trio behind the striker despite them having over 22 goals and 14 assists.
