TNA stopping touring after the 7th November
The live show from ohio on the 7th will be the last live vent for the time being.
Apparently they are returning to the impact zone until at least Christmas.
Shame but it makes sense.

They're returning to Universal Studios but not to the same stage they used as the (Jefferson) Impact Zone. Dunno what that entails regarding crowd size etc. just hope to fudge that those dickweeds who used to make up the front row at every (Jefferson) Impact aren't gonna be there!

Thats a shame...especially as they got some good crowds on the road. It always made it feel like more of an event when they were able to insert the name of the town they were in, into their ring speeches and when a local wrestler got a really big reaction from the crowd. Somehow "...Here in the Impact Zone..." just doesn't sound so good.
Obviously wasn't financially viable for them to continue...which makes you wonder why it was so expensive for them to tour.
Anyway, agree with Y2D2 and just hope they don't fill the IZ with more lifeless mannequins.

I've never had a problem with a 'home' arena, its not as good as touring but it can be excellent but its venue itself, most tickets for it come with the whole Universal studios package so a lot of times the actual fans aren't there

There is a dirt sheet rumour doing the rounds that the 6 sided ring is going to be coming back as well.

That would solve everything! Maybe paint the doors a different colour too.Hero wrote:There is a dirt sheet rumour doing the rounds that the 6 sided ring is going to be coming back as well.

I think TNA should try and copy ROH's business model rather than WWE's. They've tried to run before they could walk, and its nearly ruined them. A move back to the Impact zone is the first step in my books.

I know it doesn't really change anything but I always liked the 6-sided ring.
Actually, now I think about it, it would offer more tactical options for those 4-way, 6-way and 8-way fights they seem to like, with multiple singles wrestlers and tag-teams.
