Ah, fair play to them...they did a good deed. Wont make them any more popular at Twickenham...but at least they did their bit.

Perhaps a good sign and further removed from getting kicked out of airports, burger boy reports etc.on and off the field recent events seem to have the ozzies in a better state if play. That, recent test form and a decidedly inexperienced england back line is pushing them ahead in the odds factor.

Yes I can only see one victor on the weekend. The wallabies might've been out of sorts for a few months but England have been out of sorts for a decade, have named yet another green Backline and just don't have the team culture of winning against the SH giants.

If you are content with one win per decade and call that a "culture of winning" perhaps that's exactly where the problem lies.

One of our 'leaguies' got rolled at an ATM a week or 2 before.
Some 116kg bloke had to hand over his ill-gotten gains to some pale & pimply 15 y.o. kid with a fluffy, baby-hair moustache... armed with a plastic potato peeler and a signed black & white photo of One Direction.

Yeah, well McKenzie also wants to be put an end to all the 'runners' from restaurants and bars... hence the large queue at the ATM.

Yeah, I know.
Do you think he will have an impact playing with LI? Or will there be too many distractions?

I'm sure he'll have an impact, I'm of the opinion that he was playing well for Aus before his indiscretions became too much and he is an excellent player. Reading is probably less distracting than Melbourne for a young man, and he won't be able to go to London all the time. Also London Irish have a self-enforced no drinking policy

Re: Crime Fighting Wallabies....
I wish him well.
He's chosen the 'hard road' to gain re-selection (we have the must play for a SXV team to gain Wallaby selection policy now) but I applaud him for making the move. No doubt he will enjoy his rugby there and gain a valuable insight into the NH way of doing things.

Nice work Aussies, though the reporter's geography is a bit off. High St. Ken is not exactly 'round the corner' from Buck House. It's 5 stops on the tube from St. James's Park!

I used to work on High St Ken. Great memories of my time time there, Hound. The office was down towards Olympia and I lived in a few places at Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate/Bayswater... near the KP Gardens.Hound of Harrow wrote:Nice work Aussies, though the reporter's geography is a bit off.
