We knew the Pro Bowl was a joke but it matters to a degree, still used as a barometer for measuring HOF candidacy, at the moment although it's likely to change.

Needless to say not having a potential DPOTY in Lavonte David at the Pro Bowl is a joke. Guys liek Jurrell Casey and Muhammed Wilkinson not being there is also a farce.

I agree with not resting starters. If injuries are gonna happen so be it, but as you say no momentum, guys get out of rhythm, makes a difference. Green Bay did a few years back, killed them, think it was their 15-1 season?

In a meaningless game though? Even if the Chiefs did start their starters, I can't see them trying. No point in risking injury, especially in a sport where injuries are common. I don't think the Chiefs fans would be saying "Oh well, next man up".

The Texans talent is somewhat overstated. Can't trust Cushing to stay healthy anymore, or to be productive. No difference makers aside from Watt up front.

And the big difference. No QB. And no rookie in this class is a sure thing
