McCaw Surpasses O'Driscoll
Richie McCaw quietly, last week became the most capped captain of all time.
85. Sneaking past Brian O'Driscoll.
Just think, that wouldn't be true if Gatland... I'll get my coat.
But congratulations to the King. I say you Poms oblige and mark the occasion by rolling over and finding some of your '08 form. There's good lads.

Congrats to Richie
So many options to bite... I'll leave it there.

Like Fitzy never looked Captains material when they started out and in 07 wasnt the leader he's turned out to be. Might have 100 by now if not for injury and the sabbatical. Should get to 100 next year but any more than that bets are off.

Am I wrong? (would be the first time this year, and thereby meets my annual quota)

I have some Pom blood. But I try to keep it well diluted with strong liquor to dull its influence.

I hope you rou realise the Pom blood can react under certain circumstances and start a mutative process which you cannot fight? It is there and cannot be stopped. Kind of a reverse Resident Evil. I am a doctor and know these things.
One day, mate, you will wake up with the love of Her Majesty in your heart and GSTQ on your tongue. Please remember to clothe yourself before going singing in the street.

Yeah also have some Irish. It's constantly at war,
Like a bad transfusion. But it makes GSTQ or her madg extremely unlikely.

Hey guys we Kiwis love our Queen just as much as you guys love yours. GSTQ is one of our national anthems too. We're all ex-colonialist in some form here.

As a player McCaw has over a 100 wins. Any idea as a captain how many wins he has a captain?

Re: McCaw Surpasses O'Driscoll
Actually I can answer my own question. Just read he's won 75 of his 85 matches. 122 games and to think he's missed quite a few through injury. Remarkable record. He could well end with more wins than caps by any player in the history of the game.

Brian May is an awesome guitarist, but the whole band always have me a slight weird feeling that I was never comfortable with. Can't say I'm a fan at all.nganboy wrote:Hey guys we Kiwis love our Queen just as much as you guys love yours. GSTQ is one of our national anthems too. We're all ex-colonialist in some form here.

When BoD dies, they'll probably stuff him, name him in the match day squad and stand him in the middle if the pitch for 80 minutes after the anthems. Anything less will provoke an awkward reaction fromrodders wrote:Drico is contracted until after the 2032 RWC so Ritchie will have to keep polishing the auld boots .... ....

Hope BoD is hitting as many sperm banks as he can before the wee ones give up the ghost. Leave a legacy.

Of course McCaw is destined for better things than dyin'. His fans plan on him being awarded with eternal life, and New Zealand chemists are working feverishly on such promising ass injecting conncoctions as we speak.GloriousEmpire wrote:When BoD dies, they'll probably stuff him, name him in the match day squad and stand him in the middle if the pitch for 80 minutes after the anthems.
