Watching Ruan Pienaar playing in slow-motion while everyone else plays at normal speed is a bit like watching The Matrix.

how was that not a dive backwards by habana? thats pathetic. do we have players throwing their heads back to get someone yellow carded whenever their feet leave the ground?

Yes Bryan Habana decided the best thing to do when i'm being lifted without the ball is to to bang my head backwards and risk injury just so another player can get yellowquinsforever wrote:how was that not a dive backwards by habana? thats pathetic. do we have players throwing their heads back to get someone yellow carded whenever their feet leave the ground?

I just said that but someone deleted it..must be Biltong cos he doesn't like people complaining about the Boks...quinsforever wrote:how was that not a dive backwards by habana? thats pathetic. do we have players throwing their heads back to get someone yellow carded whenever their feet leave the ground?
The sad thing is that the Boks don't seem to have a clue attacking wise....also Barnes is helping them all night...

If you want geriatrics take a look at Pape crying over a simple face-rub.

Re: France vs South Africa chat.
hey bullsbok i'm a 100% neutral here. look at the expression on his face, he's looking for the yellow immediately after he threw himself backwards. worse than ashton's dive if you ask me as he's actually trying to get someone yellowed rather than just a pen. just goes to show one can't risk lifting the player off the ground at all as the default interpretation currently is yellow/red.ME-109 wrote:Best dive all day....9.9 in gymnasticsBullsbok wrote:Yes Bryan Habana decided the best thing to do when i'm being lifted without the ball is to to bang my head backwards and risk injury just so another player can get yellowquinsforever wrote:how was that not a dive backwards by habana? thats pathetic. do we have players throwing their heads back to get someone yellow carded whenever their feet leave the ground?

You'd think Louw would have learnt his lesson, he got binned for the same offence versus Wales, and gave the croud a cheeky smile whilst sat in the bin . So really, it was beyond stupidity.Notch wrote:Yeah, and really really stupid of Louw. This hasn't been the best day of test rugby in terms of quality, but I have high hopes for Ireland vs France tomorrow.

Re: France vs South Africa chat.
Like the AB match France finished strong again and had their chances. SA's defence was too strong and they took their chances and went close on others. Deserved win.
Not even going to predict how France will go 6N as they did this last year and ended up last!

Jeez...they say NH rugby is boring...only one team tried to play expansive rugby....SA were just there usual selves. Only reason they are good this year is the forwards have all added a few Kilos...

I have absolutely no respect for players who deliberately goad reactions from the opposition. Pape should have been punched for his efforts , he knew excatly what he was doing. The Saint wrote:You'd think Louw would have learnt his lesson, he got binned for the same offence versus Wales, and gave the croud a cheeky smile whilst sat in the bin . Re: France vs South Africa chat.
How the hell Meyer sees anything that can help SA in Ruan Pienaar is beyond me.
If you look at the dictionary for the explanation of the word pedantic, then there is a picture of Pienaar.
It frustrates me to no end seeing this guy at the back of a ruck.

I don't like to see it in rugby either, it's such wendyball behaviour.Bullsbok wrote:I have absolutely no respect for players who deliberately goad reactions from the opposition. And how anyone could think Habana did a backwards dive when he was tackled off the ball I really do not know.

Thought the Boks controlled play well actually and something needs to be done about these pitches. This one looked like the plough mailfunctioned and when manic. You cant play test matches with that kind of footing.

Re: France vs South Africa chat.
Whether Habana dived or not ( How he was meant to dive backwards then smash his own head purposefully on the pitch is beyond me ) doesnt matter. He shouldnt have been getting lifted off the ball in the first place .ME-109 wrote:Yeah...Habana was a disgrace. The Saint wrote:I don't like to see it in rugby either, it's such wendyball behaviour.Bullsbok wrote:I have absolutely no respect for players who deliberately goad reactions from the opposition. Well if you are talking about an arm wrestle then you are correct. If you are talking about a rugby game then.....I don't think so.VinceWLB wrote:Scoreline flatters France.
