I wondered how things were going , I am pretty jealous as I'm waiting for Friday for my PS4.

The Kinnect apparently works well, how does BF4 feel to have 64 players online. Is Ryse a bit of a disappointment or are you enjoying it.

Dead Rising 3 how are you getting on with it? The videos with hundreds of zombies looked cool.

I read a test on sound levels and I think its quieter than the 360. If you had a PS3 is it quieter than that?

It depends on distance, I like to aim though

The power ups on the big Hoth map are cool, you can command AT-STs, AT-AT, if you are the Rebels you can turn into Luke and if you are Imperial, Darth Vader

Well that's my night tonight planned then.

Did you find it glitchy or laggy much?

Haven't done so far on the smaller maps, will let you know on the Hoth one.

Hoping there's a Jabba's sailbarge map.

My internet down here isn't the greatest so the lag was that but I found myself glitching through rocks and the landscape changing in front of me even on the small map

Played a couple of Hoth battles now, just breathtaking.
The sight of seeing Vader coming towards you scares the bejesus out of you.

Some great videos coming out of the beta with Luke getting trampled on by an AT-AT and people dive bombing Vader and Luke to kill them

How've you been going on Blood Bowl? I'm over 2000 for my Chaos team now

I made a Chaos team the other night and blooded them against the Skaven as you saw from my facebook status it wasn't going well lol but I was a bit premature and pulled back a draw at the end

I often find Skaven take an early lead against me but by the end of the game I've butchered most of them and can just walk over the line. Had the first game v Dwarves last night, was a proper slug fest for the first half and thought they were going to get the better of me, my minotaur barely stood up for the entire half and the ball was close to my endzone for several turns with their star player but I managed to hold them back. 2nd half though I got the initial hit from kick off and it resulted in a couple of injuries to give me the number advantage so I pushed on for a 1-0 win.

Im still finding my feet with the game but things will come together, I didn't buy a Minotaur but might now just to smash some heads, the Chaos Warriors are good though

Chaos Warriors once they've leveled up a couple of times are great, they just need to get Block (and 1 of tackle or guard).
Minotaurs are frustrating more than anything, firstly because they don't get access to basic skills on leveling so although mine is level 3 he's still not got Block and so often I roll Both Down is the best option, also having loner then he eats up re-rolls when you get the Both Down. I find it best to do his action last each turn as otherwise you'll get turnovers.

I have lost faith in the big men and just go with more Linesmen or re-rolls at least you know what you are gonna get

Yeah the hoth battles on battlefront are pretty spectacular, i was on the fence about getting the game before i played the beta, now i have it on pre order

Cant wait for next friday for the new Assassins Creed, the London setting looks incredible

I've lost my love of Assassin's Creed. Black Flag remains one of the best games I've ever played, but Unity was so appalling I have no desire to spend money on another Creed game. Maybe I'll get them in the future when they're £15, but for now, the franchise is rushed and the storytelling a distant memory of what it used to be. I think the series peak was Ezio.

Think I've made the decision that despite Battlefront being amazing I'm going to wait 6 months and just get it through EA Access for free. I've already got Fallout pre-ordered and that's only a month off and I'm having enough fun with Bloodbowl currently, plus more importantly Christmas is round the corner and the kids have got into Games Workshop (with some guidance ) so are wanting Warhammer Age of Sigmar for it.

Jesus keep them away from that abomination (Age of Sigmar) get them some old models or some 40K instead

I think I will pre-order Battlefront, it just got me right in the geek bone and with Star Wars VII coming out as well it'll be a good way to keep my excitement going plus the new trailer drops this Friday

Every AC game seems the same to me. They haven't really innovated the games in a major way in quite a long time, and as a result, it seems like a series of DLC rather than games.

I've seen that AOS is coming in for a fair bit of grief from puritans but I quite liked it, felt a lot more accessible than what I remembered, sure this probably from the dumbing down of the rules, but I liked how model wise it was a fair bit smaller in size than Fantasy with the whole legions of figures and it just seemed to play a lot quicker.

Black Flag had ships, sailing, nautical fighting, and a very large map as a consequence. I hate Unity because they tweaks they made to the gameplay made it difficult to control, the storytelling was poor and I wasn't invested in it. I haven't been invested in AC since Ezio's games.

anybody finding fifa 16 abit easy, playing on world class with oldham and first season i won league, league cup and fa cup

normally computer gives me a game on world class, on this current one its far too easy to defend

Tbh with these games i enjoy picking them up for a half hour just as much as i do investing some quality time with the story

Usually wait till the price comes down but have money on a game card after passing on tony hawks (thankfully) and intrigued by the london setting

I always felt the AC games were a bit samey but Black Flag broke the mould a bit with the sea battles and better storytelling, I have just read Assassins Creed: The Fall, it's a 3 part comic that's based around the Russian Revolution and the Staff of Eden, well worth a look for any AC fan

What's your team up to now Dicey? I'm around 2,200, still not had a death though my apothecary has saved me on that a few times now (once on the Minotaur)

I haven't been on the XBone in awhile so they are still the same, il have to put some hours in to catch up

Had to invest in a new controller today, have to say for a fiver extra the lunar white control pad is a huge upgrade, if only for the grip on the back. Well impressed

Battlefield Hardline is now free with EA Access. Really cannot state how good value EA Access is if you're willing to wait for games.

So that's the follow up to Battlefield 4, worst game ever released? Does it work?

I really enjoyed Battlefield 4 once they fixed the bugs, much preferred it to any of the most recent COD offerings.

I had Battlefield 4 from launch day in November to the end of February, and it still didn't work. Couldn't save your campaign game nor connect to online without enormous lag (80s style gaming). When did it miraculously recover?

I got it pretty early on and never had an issue with it multiplayer wise but do recall the storymode deleted my campaign twice. COD Advanced Warfare did the same with me, think those games just don't care about the single player.

I have £45 to spend on a game anyone got a recommendation & no RPG stuff please im awful at all but Tomb Raider which really irritates my dad.

I really hate Halo. Halo 1 was incredible. 2 was mediocre. 3 was pushing it. 4? Too many. No surprises any more.

Okay, Peggle 2. Better than Tetris? I think so.

My halo was working last night even before the midnight launch. Done the first 6 campaigns, incredible so far

The opening cutscene for the first level is so badass, sets the tone straight away

Battlefield Hardline is actually really quite good on the Single Player mode, lot more thought is required than the usual shoot everyone in sight and often I'm doing whole stages without shooting anyone.

It's more of a challenge goddamit!

Completed the single player on Battlefield Hardline last night and have to say it was really enjoyable from start to finish, really nice variation on the usual FPS.

Not sure about anyone else, but I'm finding Metal Gear Solid V to be a total grind. Missions are uninteresting, the checkpoints are ridiculous, it's frozen on me twice now and it all just feels.... unfinished.

I hated the free download level they had on XB1 the other month. Lovely graphics, terrible gameplay. Put me off for life.

4 days until Fallout 4!!!

I've been holding out for that. Going to finish Batman this weekend, then it's all about Fallout.

Brought my son to the midnight launch of Blops 3 lastnight, he was like a giddy schoolgirl, no accounting for taste

Haven't bought a CoD game in years, they're like FIFA, all the same. Run and gun or camp.

Much prefer Battlefield but even those have been sub-standard of late.
