Mysti - prediction our game 2moro? type of match we end up losing this one.
Cabaye is back, Remy should repay us for his horror show last week & hopefully Ameobi can score an EPL goal for the first time in a whole year. I'm going for 1-1

Bad festive period for us, in terms of results.
Stoke away
Palace & Swansea home
Sunderland away.
probably only see 3 points, the way we're playing.

3 goals at Palace. Yes Please! Agree with majority of the rest. Easy pre-xmas wins for City/Liverpool & United.

Gone for the new manager effect in the Watford case, think our game has draw written all over it (12/5 odds my tip of the day) and fancy Villa to turn it round today

Jordan Henderson has been fantastic once again, his confidence is shining through, some of his passes have been sublime. I think he compliments Suarez well, constantly making the runs that leave him space.

Crystal Palace (h)
West Brom (h)
Fulham (h)
Norwich (h)
West Ham (h)
Cardiff (h)
Thrashed them all. Credit to Liverpool & Suarez, in particular, who has capitalised handsomely with bags of goals. Must admit, very easy home fixtures though for Liverpool over the past few months of the season & the next two away games will really show us where Liverpool are.
Malky, looking at the next fixtures, I'd do anything I could to get sacked & get out of there with the compensation.

Liverpool top of the league...as it stands.
I make them 3rd favourites for the title, behind Chelsea and Citeh, but if Suarez and the support cast maintain this form - who knows?
Let's not go overboard here though - Cardiff are a club in turmoil and have been awful defensively.

Norwich team: Ruddy; Whittaker, Turner, Bassong, Olsson; Snodgrass, Johnson, Fer, Redmond; Elmander, Hooper.
RVW back on the bench. No Howson or Martin in the squad. Either rested or injured. Hopefully rested

Cardiff has done well this second half, but think it's quite clear after half time Liverpool had an eye on City. With Suarez in this kind of form, anything is possible.

Are we finally click into gear, the injuries to Fellaini, Van Persie and Nani could be a blessing in disguise. Valencia is having one of those spells where he looks a truly awesome winger, linking up well with Rooney and Rafael while Januzaj and Welbeck have that youthful exuberance we've been missing. Hell even Clev is starting to play well.

You would think so, however, we have a knack of playing woeful in second half's after playing well in first halfs. We'll see, so far so good.

Aston Villa need Benteke to hit form you feel, otherwise they'll find themselves slipping into the relegation fight.

I said he was a bloody good manager back in August. I had them pegged as outside title contenders even then, but no one listened, they only laughed.

As for us I'm not sure how to feel about the result and performance today.
On the one hand I'm happy we haven't lost, but on the other I'm disappointed we sat back 2nd half when really they were there for the taking.
Must beat Fulham on boxing day though

No. Add onto that we won't lose anyways, not at home.
We've picked up recently, but days like today are frustrating. They were there for the taking but we were conservative. But then that's the sort of approach that's more than likely gonna see us just safe.
It's all about risk/reward with Hughton and sacking him. I'm 100% certain he won't take us down, but I don't think he can take us to the next level. It's whether we take the risk and sack him, with the possibility someone comes in and takes us down ala Wolves, or we get someone in and progress ala Southampton
