I almost bought an Xbox the other day. I was surprised by how much more expensive it was than a PS4. What is the difference?

I held off. I need to save money so I can buy somewhere to actually live.

I was being dramatical. Poor form, thats all it is.
If anyone wants go see my tweets, I called Moyes tactically poor. Thats my opinion based on the evidance of our preformances so far this season. I didnt say Im not backing Moyes, Moyes out or anything like that.

The main difference is that it comes with the Kinect as standard. It's not going to be for everyone but it means that Microsoft wish to make the Kinect more of a standard feature for games, like with Fifa you can shout commands such as 'Go all out' and your players bomb forward like it's the last minute in a FA Cup final and you're losing. It's quite handy when you're just wanting to watch Netflix etc and it just turns on when you're in the vicinity and you just say 'Go to Netflix', 'Play Dexter' and then if you need to get a drink it's a quick 'pause' command without ever having to pick up a remote or controller which is quite neat.

Who's standing out as over-rated and under-appreciated player wise?

I know Xbox hasn't launched in a lot of countries yet so presume that's why PS has leapt quite a bit ahead as on the last sales report they were only .1m apart.

Not sure really, its more just holw players are rated, Started a full blowen convo when I bought Zlatan but the only effect he would have is the same as any other stiker. Striker = goals.
Youth, young players seem to rated much better too & the usual this player has 2 good games now hes a world beater.

The xBox/PS4 gap is also due to pricing. On the EA FIFA forum a lot of the Xbox lads have come over to the PS4 side. Pretty sure that was just to to price of the console.

Not exactly Viva, PS is now currently available in 4x as many countries as the Xbox so as those coutnires become available I imagine sales will level off as it occured with the PS3 and Xbox 360 with PS entering the markets later. PlayStationNow looks a good option for backwards compatibility though although it comes at a price yet to be revealed.

That's pretty standard on most pretend leagues, I've got a team on another league currently that has the following;

--------------Carrick---Iniesta-----------
Kuba-------------Fabregas---------Hazard
------------------Suarez----------------

Yes it's defensively light and rather attacking but there's other teams that are basically kids and are being thought of as equals to guys in their prime.

I think people want to be as current as possible with their ratings, but it's wrong. The players which have had a good six months should not be put in the same league as those who have done it for the last few years, who have done it on the biggest stage, playing for the top teams.

Joey O'Brien. Gargantuan lolz

At least he didn't cost us £8.5m per goal.

Well at least we didn't spend £15m on some work for the physio

If the rumours are true it's not the physio he's been seeing.

At least our manager isn't the most boring man to ever have existed.

The sales in Asia are going to kill it for PlayStation, Japan alone sold 8 times more playstation 3 then the Xbox 360.an even though the Xbox 360 was released a year earlier the ps3 have take it over.

Depends how much the subscription costs for Playstation and by that time there'll be enough games for ps4.

I don't get with PS/Xbox etc why there seems to be the need by users of one device to poo poo the other. Surely competition is healthy and they're all wanting decent games to be brought through rather than more and more cash being flung at making the likes of Angry Birds instead.

I met Hitzelberger once he was a nice guy.

I don't agree with the ratings of the younger players such as Barkley, Morrison and even Wilshere to a degree. They're made out to be seasoned pros and rated very very high. Nick doing the Gerrard for Morrison deal for example, Gerrard is a hundred times better but youth who have promise are rated too high.

I sold Davy Klaassen, Joel Veltman and Jorrit Hendrix for a combined £27.5m last week which I then used towards Iniesta.

Cheers Trebs, yes I'm loathe to go for Pedro but he's been bang in form whilst Kuba hasn't.

Barkley is massively operated, what has he done to achieve such high ratings? You got Martinez jumping on the hype saying you can't get him for loan on 50m,you got people already calling him the next Gerrard, others saying he should be in the XI for world cup. There's a trillion foreign players that are better and would cost a lot less and established top players that would also cost less.

Everyone want to poo poo on the competition. From business to end user to football fans. They want to believe they have the best & poop on the competition to put it down. Its natural.
Pedro.

Viva wrote:Nick doing the Gerrard for Morrison deal for example, Gerrard is a hundred times better but youth who have promise are rated too high.
Ahh the swap of a 650k player for a £7.9m which isnt weight heavily in one managers favour so doesnt break any rules.

Trebs wrote:Barkley isn't over-rated. But Morrison and Wilshere are.
All three are. Barkley is playing the best out of them & playing very well but as you said, having a good few months doesnt make you better than players who have been doing it for seasons at the highest level.
Yet youth wins in this league.

Cleverly gets far too much stick, what about Anderson? I think he is the worst player I've ever seen at United. He has gone backwards from when we signed him, he shows no ambition, he is happy to sit on the bench and collect his wage, Nani gets stick but I know he has the capability to win us a game. What is Anderson holding midfielder, attacking, box to box?  I think Sir Alex needs to take some of the flack on Anderson progression, he must go we can't carry deadwood.

I don't like to criticise our players and always want to give them a chance but it's been what 5 coming on to 6 years and Anderson is dreadful. What does he offer to the team,  he only plays well against Fabregas.

I think hes decent. Standard run of the mill player atm.

At a club like.....Norwich he would probably smash it....

Wouldn't even get in the starting XI...genuinely wouldn't

Anderson looks like he spends most of his wage at Maccy D's. Whatever happened to Bebe

There needs to be a guarantee that we can replace those deadwood players and sign good players on top of them.

Anderson, Nani, Ferdinand, Evra, Butter, Cleverly, Kagawa top of my head, don't want Evra to go I love the gut but he has been a liability but my bias towards our players over sees that.
