Worst Injuries

Without trying to sound morbid, what are the worst wrestling injuries you can remember? & for the sake of common decency no life ending suggestions eh?

From the top of my head...
1. Sid Vicious leg break off the top rope
2. HHH quad burst then taking the Walls of Jericho
3. CM Punk cutting up his leg in the Elimination Chamber

Joey Mercury eating the ladder and smashing his face in.
Foley need about 7000 stitches after his i quit match with the Rock,
Triple H cutting his leg up pretty bad after taking a slam on a pallet vs Cactus Jack
Mcmahons quad explosion trying to get in the ring

Got to give it to Vicious leg break though.

I instantly thought of Sid too...

Hardcore Holly took a bad one when he sliced his back open.

Austin being dumped on his neck by Owen in a botched piledriver.

Shawn Michaels dislocating a disc in his back on the casket took him out for 4 years.

Bret was kicked full in the head by Goldberg, causing a concussion severe enough to end his career and give him a stroke.

And of course Mick Foley had two thirds of his ear ripped off by the ring ropes in a match vs Vader!

when brock broke hardcores neck wasn't pretty.

I forgot about the Holly's back cut - that was nasty.

Funniest one has to be Nash making his return from his quad injury, walking across the ring and his knee exploding!

people broke into his house he slept through when cops came charging in he threw himself 15ft out his window.

I have no sympathy for Holly, he didn't help himself by trying to make Brock look useless.

Worst has to be Mercury's face with the ladder. The bloody was insane! Randy Orton break his collar bone was pretty nasty too, the fall makes me cringe!

How about Candice Michelle breaking her collar bone with a top rope fall? (The Orton one spurred my memory)

Maccs I thought I was going to be the only one who remembered Droz, more recently Misawa

Droz, Misawa and Hybusya have got to be the worst 3 that came to my mind, Harley Race's ruptured intestines sound pretty brutal though

CZW star Nick Gage suffered a very serious injury. The match he was wrestling in involved light tubes placed in the ring ropes and Gage took a nasty bump off of one of them. Apparently, the light tube stabbed him up under his armpit and sliced him from his armpit to his hip. He had severed a major artery. Gage had to be rushed to a hospital via helicopter

i think i witnessed the worst injury i have seen last night at the event i went to

Scott fusion went up in the 3d. the front wrestler lost his grip on fusion. Fusion tucked his neck in and sort of piledrove himself into the mat. he then got up and fell out of the ring. the match was then seemingly cut short as first aiders rushed to the side of Fusion. where after doing the tests fusion could feel nothing on the left side. the ambulence was called and after 40mins or so it appearred and fusion was put on a back board and neck braced. we were told he has a suspected broken neck and or a spinal injury.
