Denver Broncos vs New England Patriots
Denver secured their place in the AFC Championship game and home advantage with a 24-17 win against San Diego. New England joined them after seeing off Indianapolis 43-22.

The Broncos lead 27-20 in all-time head-to-heads including a 2-1 record playoff games. The Patriots have won the last four encounters though including a remarkable comeback from 24-0 down at half time to win 34-31 in overtime at the Gillette Stadium back in November. Denver are 8-1 at home this season while the Patriots are 4-4 on the road.

Tom Brady and Peyton Manning have met 14 times before with Brady leading 10-4 in all games and 2-1 in the post season.

Seattle Seahawks vs San Francisco 49ers
Seattle beat New Orleans 23-15 to progress to the NFC Championship game while San Francisco won 23-10 in Carolina to book their place. The Seahawks are 8-1 at home this season while the 49ers are 8-2 on the road.

Having been divisional rivals in 1976 and then again since 2002 they are tied 15-15 in head-to-heads. This will be their first meeting in the playoffs. Seattle beat the 49ers 39-3 at CenturyLink Field in September while Jim Harbaugh's side won the reverse fixture 19-17 at Candlestick Park last month.

The Seahawks are the only team in the NFL to have played in both the AFC and NFC Championship games.
