Royal Rumble - anyone staying up?

I plan to. Playing 6-a-side (football, not wrestling) at 7pm, followed by bath and early bed. Up around quarter to 1am with a few Red Bull's and the aim of sleeping 4am to 6am before going to work!

Paying for it as I cant be arsed to try and stay awake watching a buffering laptop when I can watch it in HD on my telly.

I'm on that exact road, except swap football for "driving my girlfriend home and pottering back again". Gotta see if one of them mod people can open up the Chatbox

I'm undecided, I'm not really up to date on WWE right now but have caught the last few podcasts and I'm now starting to get that wrestlemaina feeling! I just don't want to pay for it or like Marky said endure the hell that is buffering!

Yep, got tomorrow off ready for it. Although it looks to be a disappointing Rumble based on who's touted as winner etc it's still the Rumble!

I'll be up, no lectures tomorrow and no work due, bring it on   

I think I want to stay up but the £15, certain disappointed and the fact I've got work in the morning are all conspiring against me on this.

I'm giving this one a miss as I'm in work tomorrow. May be able to watch a few matches before I leave the house but spend the rest of the day off the Internet, facebook and this website until I get home to watch the rest of it without any spoilers.
I will certainly be up for wrestlemania again this year, been a good laugh the past two years.
Although I'm certain lack of sleep can change your opinion on a match from being a good one to a great one lol.

I'm just a bit worried that it'll be disappointing and I'll end up feeling rubbish for nothing!

I feel as if I can be disappointed by Batista winning the rumble without the crushing tiredness to go with it.

definitely staying up, work in late night bars anyways so sleeping pattern is all in accordance with the event tune

Ironic really. I started this thread but slept through my quarter to one alarm and missed the whole PPV
