Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread Part 'x'
First topic message reminder :
Not sure what's going to happen in t his game..
More bothered about watching what Ox can do again..
Its not a forgone conclusion for me.
I do think Moyesball is pretty decent against possession teams..

He had a great game a brace and an assist. Giroud creates a lot of those gifts by always closing down from his striker position. 3 beautiful goals at the emirates today, two great team goals and a wonder strike from Sunderland's talented little Italian. Get Giroud some more model strange if he will play like that. He is just one goal short of his total last year.

This is not a problem John. Everyone keeps going on about our nightmare fixture list but we have 3 games of it left, Everton,Chelsea,Citeh. (don't include Spurs their Poopie ) if we can keep close with the leaders we're in with a good chance considering our run in
If we can get good results in those three matches we have a very good shot at it. The gunners in my mind haven't shown their best form yet in the big matches in league and I really think they have it in them. If Ramsey can come in and play anything like he did early in the year we have real shot at it.

1-1 all over that game for me.
I have a feeling all games will be 1-1 or 2-1 today.

Was it a palace fan that threw a coin at Rooney.
Not on.. Hate the scum element .. We dont have many- but we have a right couple of wrong ons..
Glad Rooney scored.
But at the same time I heard the United fans wanted to all wear Cantana masks.
Thats just ridiculous. I like Cantona and that idiot deserved the Kick- but feick me 'cantana masks'
Some fans make me want to stop supporting football some times

I find it slightly amusing that Spurs are 5th with a GD of +4.

very good possession stats,
the worst goals to shots ratio in the league though.
but the major reason is the 3 batterings they took from liverpool and citeh

Liverpool should thrash Swansea. Well rested at home vs a team that played on Thursday.

fixed that for you (sorry again, couldn't resist). I must admit I'm getting a bit worried about Norwich (whom I quite like, due to having a friend - nice guy - who supports them). I thought they were fine as teams were playing worse than them, but now I'm not so sure. Cardiff look doomed, and Fulham I don't rate, but the third spot looks wide open.

Amazing they are only 3 points behind us. Would be incredible to finish in the top 4 with a GD less then 2 figures.

Hardly, they are only 3 points ahead of Spurs, and have had some well dodgy results against poor teams. Agree they are currently flying, but not a guaranteed top 4 especially if Suarez gets an injury or gets suspended.

So just to confirm Chelsea kept Torres and signed Eto'o but let Sturridge go? Insane bit of business
As a United fan it pains me to see Liverpool playing as well as they are (at home at least)

Hindsight is a wonderful thing!! Still though, surely everyone knew there were probably going to be more goals in the Liverpool game than the Newcastle one?
