So Liverpool are essentially 10 points ahead of Utd (9 + far superior GD) with 11 games to go... I think it's doable, especially as they still have to come to OT. That'll be a cracker.

Yeah it looks too big a gap now. 9 points maybe, 11 probably not. Still, all it would take is a couple of key injuries to Liverpool coupled with their lack of depth for a possible turnaround. I don't see it though and besides, unlike many Utd fans, I don't have any bias against Liverpool (except Suarez Wink

) so I wish them the best.

Last season I would have said with confidence that United would overhaul Liverpool but not this season.

Its like the two teams have changed places, we're the inconsitent ones wereas Liverpool are grinding out results even if they don't play particularly well

They should be targeting 8 points from the next four games. Minimum 5. Villa away, Stoke Home, Saints away, Sunderland home. I reckon they probably need 10 more points to survive, and there 3 games after those are Swansea away, WBA home, Fulham away.

With the finish from hell in the last four games, this 3 points is massive

At this point in time I no longer care about Champions League qualification it's an unrealistic target, we need to use the next 13+ plus games we have left to try and gel as a unit. Ferdinand, Vidic and most of all Giggs have been fantastic servants to the club but they shouldn't be anywhere near the first team any more, drop them completely, time to look to the future.
