QUIZ; 28 Captains who have lead out their side in a European Final

ERC have challenged twitter to name all 28 players who have Captained their side in a Heineken Cup Final. Can 606v2 name them all? No googling... Here's a few to get the ball rolling, help me add to the list.

Those for me are the obvious 10... 18 left. I'm waiting to see if anyone knows the French sides. Biarritz, Brive, Stade, Colomiers. Tougher going there.

I'd luckily been organising all my old programmes this weekend and found that one which I got off my old man so had a read of it on Sunday.

Was Bath's captain Ieuan Evans? Biarritz' Yachvilli?

No, both players were involved in those games but neither was Captain. Baths Captain was an international scrum-half from a different Celtic Nation... Yachvilli started at 9 in both Biarritzs finals but they had two different Captains. Both French internationals, both forwards.

Carbonneau (sp?) was the Brive captain in 98. Pretty sure of that - it was the first final I watched on TV.

Munster beat Toulouse in 2008, so Pelous again
Leinster beat Tigers in 2009, but can't remember captain
2011, Leinster made their comeback vs Saints, captain was either Hartley or Wilson I think
