Johnny McNicholl Future
The latest blazing NZ wing/fullback, lead try scorer in the ITM cup and with a hat-trick on debut for the crusaders yesterday has cAught the All Blacks selectors eye with blistering pace likened to Bryan habana and a right fend as potent as Corey Jane.
But where will his future lie? With the plethora of wing options available to NZ and a queue for a go at fullback, will McNicholl follow fellow kilted kiwi Sean Maitland to the desperate Scotland? Rumour has it under independent Scottish rule he will qualify for Scotland under the "Scottish sounding name" clause to be written into Scottish immigration law.

Weve already had "Ive been to Scotland, I know all about it" and " Despite having a welsh name, being born in england, playing age grade rugby for england, living in england Ive always dreamed of playing for Scotland and the same goes for my brother"
I may be wrong but isnt his heritage Irish? Maybe he could join the other plastic Irish like errrr

If the all blacks don't want him scotland will definitely take him, great player with electric pace. Been unlucky with injuries so far but expect him to make his mark in this super rugby comp.
