Not exactly boxing related I know but lee froch has resorted to personally insulting big glenn on twitter. If anyone has checked hes twitter account you really should. The guy is a complete scumbag. I really don't know how carl can let him write the garbage he does. He is seriously loseing carl fans at a time when carl should be building hes fanbase. I think a large majority will want groves to will want groves to win just to shut up hes low life brother. I really cant wait to the wiegh in when big glen catches up him face ta face .

Lee Froch is a complete moron and I'm yet to meet anyone in Nottingham who has a good word to say about him. If I were Carl I'd be tearing my hair out whenever this embarrassment logs in to Twitter, as there are genuinely people who previously didn't mind who won the rematch but now want to see Groves turn Carl's lights out just to see the reaction of his half-wit brother.

The best we can hope for is that Lee runs in to the ring to help Carl, at which point George flattens him.

Lee Froch is an attention seeking, nasty, brainless chav, ignore him and the no mark will fade away.

I don't know much about Carl's brother but Carl's "bald swede" comments may suggest his brothers influence is rubbing off on him. As a Froch fan I found it cringeworthy and embarrassing how he resorted to personal insults like that, and he couldn't even back it up when Groves asked him who it was. I thought Groves handled himself well considering and Froch is only going to alienate more fans if he carries on like that.

I read an article that said Froch and his old man havent spoken in about two years. Froch claims his old man became jealous of his success and his old man basically says Froch began treating people horribly a few years back.

The best Froch ever behaved at a fight was against Kessler. Mikkel is such a gentleman Froch was too embarrassed to shout his mouth off. Froch even apologized before the fight for saying he was prepared to kill Kessler in the ring.

Hes so deluded and out of touch with reality that he believes he is this classy guy. He bitched and moaned for years about the Kessler fight. He bitched and moaned about Ward. He completely discredited both of those guys wins. Crap about volcanos, jet lag, bad judges etc. I actually think he must have invented Groves whole disrespecting thing as pat of finally losing the plot. Groves was made out to be the bad guy in the build up to the previous fight but the only time I thought he went over the top was when he was saying Carl was going to cry on ringside. I know we don't see everything behind the scenes but Carl's demeanor was a little strange even then as I couldn't really see why he was so uptight. I don't think he does himself any favors.

I get the feeling that the only difference between Carl and his brother is money and boxing ability, in all other ways they seem like classless personality clones of each other. Carl cant even hide his horrid real persona on tv anymore and if he was not in the public eye he would be just as bad if not worse than his walnut size brained Brother. Makes me laugh that since day one of the first fight being announced Groves has carried himself in the right way and stuck to taking about the fight, while being constantly insulted by a man claiming he was being disrespected, strangely some people are so weak minded they actually believed what Froch was saying above what they were watching every time they were on telly together.

Truss do you seriously think an on the slide 37 yr old fresh off the biggest hiding of his career is gonna get better against a young constantly improving fighter in the rematch. Only one will be better than last time and it wont be the old veteran who has seen better days, i can really only see one winner this time round very likely by way of stoppage.

I get your points Hogey Mate..........But as I've said before Froch was knocked down and rubber legged for three rounds.......I had the scorecards 77-74........So given that he was 4 points down after three rounds and that he was likely to get a 10-8 in the 9th......

That means for me once he got his legs back from the 4th onwards.........It would have been ........58-55 for Froch from the 4th to the 9th......

I think the knockdown changed everything........Think it would have been a different fight..

Completely agree with the first 3 lines of that Mate, but Froch deserves all he gets and worse. Steffan has it right when he calls him the Slimester because that's exactly how he acts. Calzaghe might have not faced the toughest opposition in his career but he was a credit to the sport and this country, i find Froch embarrassing to watch nowadays.

I think Calzaghe is his biggest problem Hogey...

The scoring was a joke though Truss, but i can see what you are saying but hope your wrong. For me though if Groves gets past that dodgy spell he would have boxed himself to a comfortable win. I think Groves will be a smarter fighter this time round, i cant see what Froch can bring to the table to change it from the first time round because thats the way he has always fought.

Hope you are right and I am wrong.......Love Groves to win..There is something likable about the kid...

Froch has to beat Ward to get out of JC's shadow and that's never happening.

And he's been in it since losing to Kess.

Froch never beat anybody as good as a 40 year old Hopkins. Whatever way you scored it Calzaghe was in that class Froch isn't.

I was not Calzaghe's biggest fan due to him not pushing himself to possible greatness against the best when he was in his prime, but he was miles above Froch the worst i ever saw JC was better than Froch's best. I honestly dont think Froch would win a single round against JC so he should have left the bitterness behind and just enjoyed his own career instead he has spent his championship years with a bit of a chip on his shoulder.

I give you that Truss and i agree i though Reid nicked it as well, however i think Reid that night was top notch and in that form he would have beaten Froch handily. Reid at his best was a very good fighter who i think gets a bit under rated by most people.

So not really sure Calzaghe is a class above Froch in all honesty.

Taylor completely outclassed Froch for so much of that night, it really was the first time his weaknesses were badly exposed for all to see, he was second best for skill, speed, power, movement and ring generalship, what was also clear though was his amazing will to win and his huge heart which stole the fight from the jaws of total disaster. Fair play to him it was a great effort to pull it out of the bag like that, but Taylor threw it away and a fighter of his experience should have been able to leave something in the tank for the last round when so far ahead on the cards.
