This was trialed by Fox Sports but hasn't really had much of an impact in the Northern Hemisphere. Yet it seems to me to be a great concept for viewing and analysis.

i imagine they use a quadcopter, what happens if the ball hits it. 4 high speed spinning props can cause a fair bit of damage to players/refs or fans.

If it helps with the desion making ( by the TMO) i am all for it. So long as it does not interfere with the run of play.

BTW, it seems Refcam has had little success in the NH too.

Refcam is bizarre. It's as if you're seeing the scrum through the eyes of a short drunk and if you happen to have had a few  guinness yourself then it's a proper headwreck.
