...for his pre match interview v Wales?
I hope he does,it seems to bring more confidence to the English fans.
Let's have some fun what are your predictable scenarios over the next 10 days from coaches and players?

Well lets hope England don't do what they did last year.
The squad had a couple of relaxing days prior to the Cardiff game I seem to remember SL saying.

If he follows The Great Gatty's precedent, SL'll have the team freezing their balls off in a fridge somewhere.
The players will be lighting their own fires.

Or Gatland will be thinking if he should get his team to cheat.

Players without balls is not good for scrum connection. Wales win by a landslide here.

I dunno, SF. Given a less legislated site, I might suggest a more concave place where the Welsh forwards get their digits fastened onto their colleagues.SecretFly wrote:Portnoy's Complaint wrote:If he follows The Great Gatty's precedent, SL'll have the team freezing their balls off in a fridge somewhere.

He has no reason to be….meanwhile Lawes has already won the line out and is getting his mate to do the talking

I feel more comfortable in the system now. The team culture is the best I have encountered. You can see that in our resilience against Ireland, and that enabled us to come away with the win.
That's fighting talk. Last years game was tough but they think they're a better team.

Re: Will Lancaster have the fire lit.....
Also, only just read the OP properly but what does the confidence of England fans matter? And why on earth would the pre-match interview make any difference? I can see anyone saying "I thought we were going to lose but Stewie has said training went well so I reckon we're gonna nail 'em now"

Re: Will Lancaster have the fire lit.....
They are obviously the better side. 4th in the rankings, the fact they are facing the double champions who remodeled their chariot a year ago and that they have lost home and away to them in the last 2 meetings is obviously an inconvenient truth so we won't mention it.

Re: Will Lancaster have the fire lit.....
I honestly hate all this "revenge" bulls**t.
By all means remember what happened and use it but don't merely go out for it.
Come in focused and ready to match and give back everything that we know Wales will throw at us...as Ireland did.
Launchbury just continues to impress me. Ive said it before he reminds me of Richard Hill. No fuss, no dramatics...hes so calm and he just gets on and efficiently does his job.
Its going to be another classic but I don't think it'll be a one sided affair this time.
