Q&A with Wayne McCullough
Hi guys
I have managed to set up a potential Q&A session with Wayne McCullough via our new twitter page (@606v2boxing), and would like you all to put forward any questions you would like me to ask Wayne. Hopefully we can get a decent set of questions, and I can repost Wayne's responses in this thread once it has taken place.
Thanks in advance

Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
I have contacted him through Twitter and he has given me an email address to contact him by. I've sent off an email just letting him know of the plan and await a reply now. Pretty much just when we have a good selection of questions from our members that we can put forward to Wayne by email, and then his responses can be copied/pasted back into this thread.

Thanks, Windy.
All we need now are a decent selection of questions that we can ask Wayne. Anyone care to get the ball rolling?

Question: What does he attribute his iron chin to?

Thanks Az. Yeah he must have had some sort of granite infill put into his chin, incredible punch resistance!
Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
The questions that the ring uses in their best I've faced articles might be a decent start. Can't c&p as not on pc.

I also like your question, Scott.

Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
what does the day of the fight look like (ie do you train, what do you eat etc)
what is the strangest training technique you have tried (thinking rocky chasing chickens!)
who is your favourite fighter at the moment and of all time?
Do you want wlad or haye to win?
Whats your favourite rocky movie?
What is your fave fight of all time?
What are you up to these days?
Hope thats few different ones to the norm - good luck.

Did Hamed hit the hardest?
How do you think you would have fared against Pacman?
Who do you think was the best fighter you ever faced?

Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
Think we should stay away from The Ring's feature and come up with our own. Just a thought, probably appreciate us taking the time to come up with 10 questions - shall we poll them by the way!?
Ok my question:
You were in alot of memorable crowd pleasing fights, would you have swapped your style if it meant more success or longevity at the top of your game at the cost of being a bit of a boring fighter?

What i meant was stay at the top longer, i'll edit it to suit... He was finished well before 37 (around 03 or whenever it was he fought Harrison)....

Yeah I agree with you, Coxy. Should definitely come up with our own questions. Good question of yours by the way, I think we will use that one, and will be interesting to get his thoughts on it.
Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
Guys, just a reminder that I am typing up our questions to Wayne this morning, are there any that anyone would like to add before it is sent off to him?
Thanks

Will post the answers once he has got back to me.

How many Jacob's crackers can you eat in a minute?
How many skittles can you fit in your ear?
Boxers or briefs?

Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
Do you regret not having the firepower to go with that chin of yours?
Was there anything you could have done to improve it or were you resigned early on to the fact that you were never going to be a KO artist.

This is ridiculous, and quite possibly racist!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get him back, he's not busy is he?

Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
Could always request a 1 to 1 personal Q&A with DAVE if you like? Sure he would give up some more time for a man of your importance (and he wouldn't want to be known as a racist).
Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
Trouble is I'd have to have a crash course in how to use TWITTER which would involve setting up and account and more importantly, having my brain removed first.
Despite what I believe would be the relative brevity of that particular operation, I'm not sure I'm willing to become a TWITTERER just yet..if ever!!!

Re: Q&A with Wayne McCullough
What was the personal highlight of your boxing career?
What do you attribute your seemingly granite chin to? Is this something you did particular exercises to work on improving?
What were your thoughts as you stood in the ring watching Hamed's bizarre entrance?
Strangest training technique you have tried?
Favourite fight of all time?
Favourite fighter currently active, and favourite fighter of all time?
Wladimir Klitschko or David Haye - expert prediction?
Which fighters, one past, and one present, would you have liked to face given the chance?
You were in alot of memorable crowd pleasing fights, would you have swapped your style if it meant more success or longevity at the top of your game at the cost of being a bit of a boring fighter?
Any regrets from your boxing career?
What occupies your time since your retirement from boxing? Are you still heavily involved in the sport?
People you faced:
Best overall fighter:
Best boxer:
Fastest hands:
Hardest hitter:
Strongest:
Smartest:
Best chin:
Best defence:
