Purely an academic exercise but who would now be in your match day squad for a Lions test if everyone is fit and available? How many changes since the last Lions tour? For me it looks like this:

Cian Healy
Dylan Hartley
Adam Jones
O'Connell
Lawes
POM
Billy Vunipola
Warburton
Reddan
Sexton
North
Jamie Roberts
Jon Davies
Bowe
Brown

Bench:
Corbs
Best
Ross
Launchbury
Croft
Care
Farrell
Kearney

Big call to play Brown as 1/2 P certainly frees Sexton from goal kicking duties, which helps a lot. Only concern now for me is tighthead as no outstanding candidates so Adam retains his place. Apologies Scotland, but I am sure that some of your players would have made the dirt trackers XV.

Where to even start? Reddan  Laugh Croft  Laugh

Surely Care, Robshaw and Wood have far more claim to just those 2 positions than either of Reddan and Croft. Burrell should probably be starting too

Which 6 nations are you using as a yardstick?

Id select Best over Hartley. Hartley gives away too many penalties.

Wow just seen this and even as the most passionate of Welsh fans to have 5 of our players in there is wrong in so many ways.

Bowe and JD only played what 1 and bit games each, Reddan over Care. Burrell not there either.

Shockingly bad selection.

If Everyone is fit and available?

Hmmm
I'd give O'Brien and Ferris a shout in the back row selection. Launchbury and Lawes were the best second combo.

Danny Care - by a long mile, with Murray on the bench.

Roberts and Davies may be Welsh sweethearts, but on current form, I'd go with the English pair of centres, or certainly one of them.

Bowe didn't play any games in the recent 6N - i wouldn't see him as an automatic starter.

Neither would I go for North automatically either. Out of the B & I teams, I reckon Trimble had the best performance.

I'd agree with giving the 15 shirt to Brown though.
