Duty asked for his account to be deleted, which it was not I believe. Good.
I'd really grown to like him as a poster and in fairness to him he took a lot of sh!t but never once (not that I saw anyway) resorted to petty insults. I don't agree with folk using his Twitter picture as a stick to hit him with either. That's just cruel. He's 18 years old for christ sake.
V2 will be a poorer place without him. He'd have put in a lot of work for the World Cup threads as he did during Euro 2012. It'll be a shame if he doesn't return. Guys like him, Olly, Dolph, Hampo, Mysti, GSC, Crimey, NickCFC, Nando and even you John(!) are what keeps these football boards enjoyable and now we're a man down. Real shame.
Well that's my take on it anyway. #teamDuty

Should be scoring that header though mate, you're taught to head the ball down but he just headed it straight at Howard.

#Team duty.
I know he may not of dealt with other subjects(politics) the way he did on here. But He is half my age and has acted a lot more mature on many occasions than i have on the sports boards.
I love the way he never reacted to the BS posted about him. Reacting has cost me the odd ban which was deserved in hindsight.

I must admit, whilst i didn't agree with Duty's political posts, his football posts were a good read, especially his passion towards England. Can't knock him for that and will be missed during the World Cup.

From what I know duty was banned to protect 606. A lot of his comments on the off topic and politics section drew a lot of criticism and threats of legal action, 606 asked for no more political posts because they didn't want legal action taken against them and yet Duty continued to post very controversial political threaads.

What's the deal with McGath anyway. Is he on a long term contract?
Will he hang around next season should they drop?

A bit more confident after seeing the teams, dropping Allen took balls by Rodgers considering he's talked him up and will presumably lead to a change in system which has been relatively successful. Tottenham without Adebayor will be weaker, is Sigurdsson going to sit deeper? Can't see him tracking the likes of Sterling and Coutinho. Will be interesting to see if Spurs do better against Liverpool than they did under AVB.

Fulham in some deep trouble now. 5 points behind West Brom in 17th and with a much worse GD as well (-30 difference!). West Brom also have a game in hand against Sunderland away and they do have some very winnable fixtures coming up. All be it, they have Man City away but the rest I believe they may be able to get at least a point from the rest of there games because the teams they have to play aren't really great. But I can't see WBA losing just 1 game from their remaining fixtures, they might lose 2 or potentially 3 but they need a couple of wins, especially in their home games. They could maybe collect a couple of points here and there away from home as well, but for Fulham, I'm afraid its doom and gloom for me now, especially after today's result.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread Part 'x'
Everton have also got a game in hand at home to Crystal Palace as well. Win both of them and they will go 2 points in front of them. At that point, there is only 4 games left of the season. In them 4 games Everton play: Man U (H), Soton (A), Man City (H) and Hull (A). That is not an easy run in for them but if they win both of their home games and get something in their away games, I'd say they might just get that 4th position. But it will be tough, without a doubt. That is if they beat Arsenal + Palace, which I don't think they will, they won't be Arsenal because it is just like Arsenal to win/draw that game.

Come on Liverpool, Spurs don't carry the same threat without Adebayor in my opinion, early goal is key though.
