FOREIGN TRANSFERS
First topic message reminder :
HOMEPAGE:https://www.606v2.com/f116-euro-rugby-league-season-4
COMPLETED FOREIGNS:https://www.606v2.com/t5344-erl-season-4-completed-foreigns#117485
FOREIGN TRANSFERS
Teams can make ONE foreign bid at a time and a maximum of 5 foreign transfers a month.
To make a bid, managers are to make a cash offer on the foreign transfer with funds that they already have in their respective budget.
Once a day at around 8pm bids will be checked. If yor bid was made before 4pm on that day and no other bids have been made for that player, then your bid will be accepted/rejected.
If another bid for the respective player was made afer 4pm then the bidding will be left open for another 24hrs.
If it seems obvious that no counter offer will come in the 4hr window will be honoured but may be moved slightly to the right.
Transfers must be confirmed before Tuesday 11pm for the player to be illegable to play that gameweek.
Once your bid has been accepted, the transfer is binding and it must be recored on the transfer confirmation page and your team page.
Disclaimer - Pooly/Pull have the option to change these rules at a moments notice and on the odd occasion the transfers may spill over the 24hr period as Pooly has a life/wife that needs his attention now and again.
BIDDING GUIDE:
Standout player in position (Carter/McCaw) - £30 million
World Class player (Top 3/4 in position) - £25 - 30 million
Top class International (Established Int) - £20 - 25 million
International - £18 - 23 million
Top league player - £15 - 21 million
This a ROUGH guide, bids are done on individual cases.
ANY DEBATING OF BIDS WILL RESULT IN 1 WEEK BAN FROM BIDDING

Of course you can cancel Eastmond.
Will wait until some outside bids or 3 more million next week to buy a better player.

Re: FOREIGN TRANSFERS
Im fed up with this blogs thing so im ignoring it and just answering the main question.
There is this football thing, the best players you have seen play for your club on a thread in the football section of course being a West Brom fan I filled it in.
Looking at rowleyfox's page he is a Leicester City fan, do you think he would know a player called Larus Sigurdsson who played for West Brom between 1999-2004 probably not.
I also support Gloucester, my avatar is a picture of Charlie Sharples and my favourite player is Luke Narraway.
That is pretty genuine if you ask me.

Re: FOREIGN TRANSFERS
So 10 minutes on Wiki and Google images counts as genuine?
I could just as easily set my display picture as the queen and claim i'm her , proves nothing mate having a picture and dodgy information.

The link is there just scroll to my post if you must. I have supported Gloucester and West Brom for years, from the days of Thinus Delport, Phil Vickery and Henry Paul in the early 2000's to this present day with the likes of Azam, Simpson-Daniel and Narraway.
It seems with some comments to rowleyfox his Rugby knowledge isn't that good do you think he would even know who Henry Paul and Andy Gomarsall are?
Let alone the old West Brom players such as Larus Sigurdsson, probably not.

Re: FOREIGN TRANSFERS
You can say that I have been on wikipedia for every information possible, you just have to trust me.
Why would I go on Wikipedia is there any need, I know my stuff well enough I have supported both teams since 1996 for Gloucester home games I sit in the East stand Block B, for West Brom I sit in the Birmingham Road End behind the goals and behind the posts for Rugby.
You just have to trust me, but you can all say that I have been on wikipedia or google for information. If your all stupid enough to say that then I have no hope at all in this game, im just trying to get my head down and improve in some positions to make Toulon a better team.
I see no harm in that at all.

Re: FOREIGN TRANSFERS
Bjorn Basson is the top try scorer in Super Rugby this season so he has got some very good form behind him. Gio Aplon is pretty good aswell, plenty of good young wingers I could possibly get with 17 million.
Bjorn Basson is on form and scoring tries though I will stick to him I think.
