Indeed. Its been a very entertaining year, but I dont think we've got a fantastic side winning the league whoever wins it.
Must say, Sterling and Milner impressed me today. Sterling has kept his form up so I've come more in favour of him, whilst Milner is so underrated sometimes it actually hurts.

A small section continued to sing during the minutes silence, as with Sunderland, Villa and Middlesbrough a few stupid fans will cause all to get labelled.

Also today we saw why Sterling needs to go to the world cup, as does Milner. Both great players and effective in their own ways.
BTW I think Skrtel has more goals than our top scorer this year

its just a matter of logic
Players are in the mist of a ridiculous huddle and can barely see a thing when that happens, fans are very far away and the only ones who would have been in a position to see it were scouse. Ref should have the perfect angle. He should be looking right at where the ball is. Him, and the linesman too, have far less excuses. Logic in that too.

They've been guilty of much more over the years. I'm not saying all of them are bad but most of them are. Relatives of mine who've been in and out of London for a couple of decades have stories about them.

TBH I think minutes silences are stupid, far too easily disrupted and people get wound up about it and disrupt it more. Was at one when a group of fans late for kick off were making noise inside the stand on their way to the terraces and quite a few people got annoyed and started booing them etc.

Minutes applause are good imo, although not as sombre.
I think overly public tributes are a bit daft in general if I'm honest.

No but the ref didn't seem to be considering it until Terry came over.

Salah missed a huge chance early on for Chelsea. Didn't see the sending of so can't comment.
But if Chelsea don't win this now, there throwing the league away.

If you watch it I would suggest the part where he tells John Terry to go away cos he's "thinking about it" then I suggest he probably was considering it

There's no way RVW has been has bad as Hooper this calendar year, Hooper has been beyond woeful. His touch cannons everywhere, he doesn't make runs, he doesn't hold it up, he doesn't harry defenders. At least RVW works hard, can link play and gets into positions to screw up.
He just hasn't had the luck Hooper has this season, coupled with some awful finishing

Hmm indeed Ent, quite the outlay for a club like ours.
I don't blame them wholly though, they got no service and were asked to play in roles which don't suit them. They haven't been great, but when you're getting no chances and no goals, eventually your confidence will just drop and performances as well, then it just snowballs

I'm more concerned how much I want to suggest things. I suggest it may have made that more spiky than it meant, I was actually trying to suggest you find a way to see it. I found it really interesting, I'd suggest you would too.

I think modern defenders are unfairly criticised sometimes. Games changed, to the point where contact, minimal or no, is almost always a foul. Been reduced to shepherding attackers from danger areas, and being team captains.
