I'm sorry, Pete, not sure how to tell you this, but the v2 boyz have installed new software that determines whether you have anything new to contribute to a debate that has completed a minimum or 9,754 circular loops and based on that returns a message advising that you cannot contribute (as above) or lets you contribute - seemples! Ah, technology - brilliant   

 That or the topic in hand has had the arse kicked out of it so in everyones interest, been given its own red card. Dangerous tackle or not....

The Archived Section is basically just another sub-forum, part of the sub-forum for moderators and admins where we can discuss issues pertaining to the running of the site, where we move all the flagged posts we'd otherwise delete. The reason we put things in there as a matter of course is in case we need to refer back to them, i.e. if a user has a history of posting personal attacks when determining what should be done we can see what posts he has made in the past and take that into account.
