Scott Quigg vs Tshifhiwa Munyai
Quigg defends his "regular" WBA belt tonight against Munyai who stepped in at a weeks notice due to Cermano had to pull out due to visa issues. Munyai had to go on the scales afte missing weight by 5oz's.
On the undercard John Murray takes on Anthony Crolla in a local derby, for the WBO Intercontinental Title. The fight is going to show how much Murray has left in the tank, and how well Crolla will cope with being put under pressure for 3 minutes a round. A pick 'em fight.
Callum Smith is also fighting after six months out with injury, and I'm sure he'll be wanting to progress towards titles this year.
Anybody going to this?
I'm going for a Quigg stoppage some point after the half way, and I think Murray could force the stoppage as well.

Enjoy tonight mate hopefully it's a good night. Lots of talk about Joe Gallagher not wanting this fight for Scott so we will see if his worries are justified.
Crolla vs Murray will only live up to the hype if Crolla meets Murray head on. Personally I see this as a mini Moore vs Macklin potentially

I think people are reading a lot into Murray's last fight with that overmatched Scottish clubfighter...
Every chance Crolla has the skill to take this long...and long means Murray's eyes have more chance to get irritated and for him to gas..
Murray doesn't win by halfway...Crolla all night long..Probably by late stoppage..

Impressive from Quigg, Munyai did come in on short notice but the power in both hands was brutal, think he beats Martinez. A fight with LSC would be exciting, two high output men going toe to toe, would give Quigg the edge in power, still make Frampton a slight favourite, probably the two biggest punchers in the division.

Agree with what Smith said, be great to see Quigg take Martinez, Frampton LSC and then have a huge showdown!
