Hair Hair: the new improved Barberians
Big day in Madrid. Can their other team make the final?
There's no way I'm doing any work. So in celebration of arsing about waiting till kick off, join me in my Big Hair XV competition. Was joking around with Taylorman on the Super XV thread about Savea's hair and of course one hair led to the other and hair we are.
The rules are simple. Bad hair, big hair, preened hair, who makes your hair XV? Here's mine.
1. Adam Jones The Wooly Mammoth
2. Hibbard The Blizzard
3. Castrogiovanni The Brown Bear
4. Radike The Soulster Samo
5. Gray with Blonde Streaks
6. Denton with Tinton
7. George Marley Smith
8. Vermeulen The Surfer
9. George The Rexona Sport Deodorant Stick Gregan
10. Dan The Perfect 10 The Perfect Hair Carter
11. Julian The Last Samurai Savea
12. Nonu the Predator
13. Gavin The Brylliant Henson
14. Jack and the Giant BeanStalkNowell
15. Lord of the Braids Kirchner
That team will cut yours to pieces and wipe the floor like a barber's. Any hair puns welcome.

Trouble is you shouldn't really play Adam jones at 1 because he's not an International Loosehead. I think you'd have to give that place to Mohawk Marler...

You don't get more of a Loosehair Prop than Adam Jones. I'll take a Pepsi challenge over that Mr T wannabe anytime in the hair stakes.

Actually not a bad side Kia!
The touring party would need to be increased to include several stylists..and would the team play in the wind?

Walsh as ref - rarely a hair out of place. Could do with glasses though.

Glasses would disturb the hair. Perhaps a monocle as he is rather one-eyed.

rene Ranger 2011 hair and beard "hobo style" could be there.
someone with a mullet should be in the team as well... surprised there is no mention of the honey badger , he loves "bagging meat pies" as well

Ah he can never keep his feet...he's always going head over biscuit.
How does this Force team attack...?

Sadly Kia you're going to have to find a new 15, Kirchner shed his lovely braids before he joined Leinster and now looks far too clean cut. Pity there's no Irish wild and wooly hair we could nominate - most of our players opt for the clean cut image it seems

Re: Hair Hair: the new improved Barberians
Outrageous. Thanks for the hairs up.
I nominate Tuilagi. Those are actual braids. Kirchener had dreads. I know he's a winger but I'm abraid to say he is the new choice. We need braid representation.

Isaac Boss will be gutted this team is being selected after he finally copped on.
I think he was actually trying to invent a new hairstyle.

We got afros covered Laurie. He's in at lock. But we could've put him anywhere in the side. Except maybe the front row. That hair would refuse to bind.

Man of the moment Nick Cummins has a hell of a mop!
Marland Yarde has the Kirchner mop as well.
Didn't James O'Connor go straight from the Beatlemania bowl cut to braids at one point?

Agreed, he can cover almost any position to a necessary degree of barnet atrocity.
From the XV in the opening post I'd say Alesana Tuilagi's aforementioned corn rows probably deserves a starting place over Jack Nowells mullet. At least he has the decency to hide the rats tail under a blasphemous wingers scrum cap during a match.

Indeed Kia, add some orange flair to this already formidable team. Paul Ginga Ninja Tito. Recent'ish photos suggest Paul has fully embraced his Ginga Ninja powers to. Very rarely do you see so much orange in one place.

If Jake Ball and Eric Lund collided, it would take half an hour to untangle them.
Ball would make a great Barbarian though at some point in time he has qualified for England, Wales and Australia a true international mongrel.
