NZRFUs next target? Empty NZRFUs next target?

This is a 138kg prop running out for Sacred Heart College in Auckland, he is known as the Tongan Hulk. Who wants to bet the All Blacks will poach him in a couple years?

Yes yes, this is a WUM. That guy does look like one hell of a player though! Imagine him at No.8. So is Taniela Tupou the next big thing in rugby union?

I watched the you tube clip, then scrolled down through the comments and see theres one there from Renee Ranger.

And from a Health & safety perspective someone had thought to keep an ambulance handy.(16 second mark)

I watched another video of this kid, a lot of the kids were too scared of him to tackle.... albeit I don't blame them, the guy has some wheels and with 138kg moving at that speed, its going to hurt.

Reminded me of playing rugby up to U14 age... primary strategy was to chuck it to the 6'4 beasts and then once they broke a couple of tackles (mainly because of the fear of the opposition rather than lack of skill) they would chuck it to the speedsters to finish off the move.

This video reminded me of playing Wesley College and other north island schools. What a dummy he sold there. I looked a fool opening up that gap for Jonah Lomu at 8 running at the line... but I'm still alive and that guy who tried to tackle him still hasn't moved yet.

This is why weight categories were invented rather than age categories.

tight tussle between the canes and highlanders here kia...16-15 to canes with 20 to go. crucial points up for grabs. Taylors goal kicking as barrets injured...but still on the field, still carving up yards.

I think the NZRFU is well down the list.
