That was what really aggravated me today. I had to stump up an extra £1.5m because his price went from £25.3m to £28m or something along those lines in the space of 3 hours. So it's taken me all day, but I've finally ended my TP week with aplomb. Feels like deadline day for some reason, rushing to get this deal done. Laugh

That's a bold statement! He's got a lot of assists, but I'd put it down to great form rather than being the best, he's only been this good for 5 months... But then I signed Bas Dost who has benefitted from De Bruyne by scoring 9 in 4 Very Happy

He has been the best this season, that's what I've been saying. He hasn't been the best consistently, but he has been the best AM in Europe this season that's for sure. Exactly as well, everyone benefits from De Bruyne.

Ironically, they haven't been that great in Europa this season. They were in our group and we beat them 4-1 at home and 2-0 away.

I think too much credit is being put on De Bruyne. He has been their best player, but still some way off the best AM in Europe.

We agree! For us, Yaya brings you everything Matic does, except Yaya dominates midfields, plus brings more goals, plus £9.4m in the bargain.
