To be fair with the transfers I wanted to buy a more expensive player that I needed the 1m for from results and Id asked earlier in the day about it. Surely with the delay on that there should have been more leeway on a transfer confirmation.

It was right to question De Rossi's ability a couple of years ago, but now it's wrong.

He's been the main man in Roma's midfield which has resurged, and the Italy side have improved the last few years and he's been an important part of that.

Cheers, I'm happy with my striker options now of Alcacer and Berahino but Rojo wasn't flavour of the month for many. A pairing (when fit) of Badstuber and Subotic has to be rivalling any in the league for best centreback duo.

Honestly, on Badstuber I really don't know how to rate him. Was a fine player, but 3 games in 2 years, 3 fairly bad injuries have to take their toll.

His latest injury is meant to be just a minor one compared to his previous ones and he'll be back before the year's out. Prior to that Pep was stating he was the best centreback he's ever worked with.

Yeah but how much of that was morale boosting. (plus Pique, Puyol, Dante and Boateng)

I thought it was risk reward when Miky signed him, and when he got injured again the risk hadn't paid off. On pure talent hes top tier in this league, but I'd have to project some form of deterioration with 3 games in 2 seasons and the 2 major knee injuries (ACLs are bar stewards)

he actually played 4 games (cup as well) and some friendlies in which there were no signs that the longer term injuries had affected him.
