First topic message reminder :

Not had that much fun watching football for a while.

Robben taken the p*1ss out the spanish keeper and central defenders was literally hilarious.

Indeed. I'd like to see them keep Stokes but normally it's useful if a newbie comes into a successful, settled side! I can't think of anything further from that than this current England team.

Anderson to captain the side might be interesting. Can't be a great deal worse to be honest.

Much as I think he's a prize dick, Hamilton has had some serious bad luck this season. Still I'm sure Nicole can find a. way to cheer him up, she could me that's for sure.

Great men's squash final. Good sport to watch with the see through courts which are also cheap to erect as they travel for tour events.
Bonkers it's not an Olympic sport really, certainly played in enough countries by enough people.

When you consider some of the dross "sports" in the Olympics you have to wonder why it isn't. Fits all the criteria from my perspective.

Fits all the criteria for sure .. but in MY opinion it is an AWFUL tv sport. I've played a lot in my younger days so that's not me being an old Victor Meldrew - it's a great sport - but PLEASE don't put it on tv anymore

I enjoy it, you can see exactly what's going on (as opposed to say golf) and the tactics that are being employed. Its quick and skilful but also all about physicality. Plus it's also a really edgy sport, lots of aggression.
I wouldn't want to watch in all the time but many Olympic sports, like day shooting or hockey or sailing or even swimming, you watch once in a blue moon and can just enjoy the moment.

Stunning stat on this morning's BBC Test coverage:

Jonathan Agnew reckons that,"During the First World War, 289 first-class cricketers lost their lives."
That must include those from Commonwealth countries but still . . . . .

Just think:
If there had been a US/UK draft for the senseless Iraq/(latter-day)Afghanistan conflicts and a single ONE NFL player had lost his life as a result, the Wars would have been over in a matter of days.

Agreed about Tillman but he retired from the NFL and enrolled thru choice.
'Course, exactly who killed him was repressed by the "military" for years, just as Dubya would've wanted.

Presumably Mac's referring to whatever some might get up to in the sanctity of their own kennel as opposed to the No. 9 bus in Kilmarnock.

That said I agree entirely with Blue's earlier comment.

Mac - lots of people here post things I don't agree with. Most of them I will attempt to enter into a sensible debate with them. In your case you just post controversial things to get a reaction. At best you are a troll - at worst you are an attention seeking p!llock who doesn't like that other threads are focusing on them rather than you

I don't believe you can't see what is wrong with that link. You are attention seeking IMO. If I'm wrong and you REALLY can't see what is wrong with the guy in the link, they you are a sicker puppy than I thought. Either way, you lose. If you don't believe me let's have a vote on it and see if anyone agrees with you
