I did love Michael Keaton, and Jack Nicholson was a fantastic Joker, but there have been plenty of films much better than Apes since 1989 Viva.

Dark Knight Rises was pretty average imo. Bane was the most ridiculous bad guy ever created. I never thought for one second he'd actually win. Even knowing Batman always triumphs, I thought both the Penguin and two Jokers would win. They exuded villainy. Bane was just a bulked up henchman with daddy issues. And that voice Laugh

The only good part of that film is the performance from Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Or Robin, as he's known. Or was known, seeing as they've decided to go with someone else in the upcoming film.

Anyone after an AM on Football Manager 14 should have a shifty at Guido Vadala. Signed him for 2.8m for my Southampton side, and he's banged in about 40 goals in 2 seasons. City offered me 31.5m for him but after a while I reckon I can sell him for 50m+

Bane was an unispiring villain really, but in terms of story arc I think that was the best film. I'd take The Dark Knight over it if I had to watch one, and maybe even Batman Begins based on the whole package.
