Were those issues being able to type the letters h & e in the correct order after a t?

Hopefully it brings a bit more soul back to the Brazilian football. It's been sad watching them descend into one of the most pragmatic teams I've seen. And I'm a West Ham fan.

The older I've gotten, the more my views on the press and media have changed. I used to not mind the Sun just because it seemed tongue-in-cheek and with reasonable sports coverage. But these days I find all the redtops, and the Mail/Express too, to be vapid, self important and pointless.

So much prying into celebrities private lives, so much need for a splash story, and it's really stuff that I don't need or want to know. I read the Guardian or Sunday Times only now.

It makes me feel old.

Should play in midfield. Actually made some nice passes when he did.

The man just can't be trusted to defend. Chelsea must be loving the money they got for him.

Trebs will get 800k or 1.3m, Soddy 500k or 1m.

Well there aren't any secret tips, you have to eat healthy and exercise. What with your bad knee, maybe swimming would be best for you? It's supposed to be the best full-body work out too.

I've been eating fairly healthy and exercising well for the past 5 weeks and I'm still the same waist size. I've lost some weight but haven't weighed myself since the first day.

I would go swimming if I could swim, we spent most of our time during swimming lessons trying to drown each other or pull our trunks off.

Have you ever tried Wii fit or a fitness DVD? They can be good because they make it more regimented for you. The alternative is to play sports if you can, join a club for something.

I can't swim either. It's probably an even better workout for people like us than normal people because the effort I have to put in to stay afloat is epic in proportion.
