Evra reportedly signed an agreement to join Juve this summer despite a 1 year extension last month at OT. Reports that the extension was done by Utd and not the player.

Again; decent player, not a guy that's going to bang in 20 goals a season (I'll be impressed if he hits double figures).Dolphin Ziggler wrote:Siem not Luuk.
His best position is attacking midfielder, not striker. So I'm not sure what your expecting with the 20 goals remark.
Pardew states, "Siem will give us intelligence in the final third and create goalscoring situations,". It is a big signing for this club." He's essentially Cabaye's replacement & hints that the Grenier deal is dead. I still hope we can bring in Cabella, seeing as he hasn't played for France, hopefully interest in him remains low.

West Ham have bid for Dundee united left back Andy Robertson rejected. I think we're very close to this French lad (Kolosomething) so looks like we want back up too as we have no left backs on our books except youth players.

I heard Arsenal have a personal agreement with Alexis but offer less to FCB than Liverpool. Juve also interested.
* Expect him to go no where or move to PSG He's about as right as i am capable of fitting inside a 2ft box

Classic Arsenal, trying to get the deal done on the cheap.

It's too late now for Liverpool, Once the Barca brigade gets going he'll end up in a shirt there sooner then later Barca always get their man regardless of the lengths they have to go it even if it means players/Executives talking about Suarez.

Be interesting to see how Real respond. I've seen reports linking them to both Falcao and James Rodriguez. i expect they'll make a least one Hollywood signing so as they're not upstaged by Barca.

Suarez has the release clause so Barca don't have to be strong armed into including Sanchez if they get a cash offer I guess.

Woah, woah, woah. Stupidest moves? I give you two words to put that in perspective, and we haven't even started yet...
Loftus Road.
If there's some poopie out there for exorbitant money, we'll have a piece of it. £10m for McCormack? We'll give them £15m. Upfront. And a sell on clause. Of 125%. And first dibs on our entire squad when we're relegated.
And we'll buy Nani. £35m do? Although we'd end up with Nanny McPhee.
Would you like Fellaini and Cleverly? We'd chuck in Ashley Young too!
Yes - absolutely. Would give us some makeweights to get McCormack

Kroos deal was done a few days ago, they've also reserved a no.9 shirt for Falcao. Incredible summer signings in Spain, along with Barca's acquisitions of Rakitic & possibly Suarez. EPL will find it tough winning anything in Europe nowadays.
What the future holds for Benzema is up for debate. Must surely be Arsenal?

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Window Thread
We'll be doing deals and medicals for a few left backs. We've got one already passed but no deal agreed with his club, so I wouldnt be overly concerned yet on Cresswell.
Similarly with Olsson, he's about 3rd choice for our 1st choice left back spot, but we're trying to get negotiations going with all of them so we don't have to play catch up if target one falls through. Loving the way we're working this summer, and our new kit is the jubblies

It's ridiculous, a way to stop any new clubs upsetting the apple cart so to speak. I didn't think it would be anything more but I was hoping that maybe just maybe they'd started to put the game on a bit of an even keel.

Cresswell should be ok in the prem, good set piece taker which should benefit West Ham's style. He is quick enough and a solid defender. Very one footed though and can have lapses in form over the season.
