Maybe Toure just never saw Mexico's game against Cameroon or Bosnia's game against Nigeria?

If your instincts had Brazil 5 down in 30 minutes... they shouldnt he trusted in general... when I called a hiding, I meant 4-0 after 90!!

Kittel dominates the sprints in the TdF after Cavendish gets injured, at the same time Germany dominate Brazil after Neymar gets injured. There's a conspiracy theory in there somewhere...

Has Fred done anything at all this world cup, apart from a couple of terrible dives? He really is Poopie.

Brazil might not come out for the second half.

Germany should just back off in the second half. No sense wasting energy to rub more salt in a gushing wound.

I'll go 7-1 but I fear Germany may take the foot off the pedal... maybe 6-0?

I think everyone on this forum could defend better than him.

He can play football and has physical attributes but he doesn't have a brain.

Willian should be playing. Lucas Moura would of frightened teams. Coutinho had a great season. Filipe Luis from Atletico, Miranda, Marquinhos, Damiao & Douglas Costa possibly. No other options, do me a favor! If selecting Fred, Hulk & Maicon is good management, then I don't know what to say.

To say there's not more options available when instead he basically kitted out a squad that could make Stoke look like an attractive passing team.

The omission of Moura was outrageous considering the impact of sub's in this tournament.

Not that surprised by the scoreline when you are playing David Luiz and Dante at centre back. David Luiz doesn't even play there for Chelsea (£50m from PSG for him is daylight robbery) and Dante is one of the worst defenders I have seen in Europe.

Germany haven't been that great, Brazil have just been awful and that is an understatement.

So much for those who suggest singing the national anthem loud and proud makes you into winners.

Just no great players, not a striker of note.

Brazil have 2 defensive midfielders on and are still haemorraghing chances etc

They've gone with what are considered 'traditional' strikers in Fred and Jo, both of which might as well have Brazil playing with 10 men. Take out Neymar and where is the Brazilian flair? The squad is packed with players that wouldn't go amiss from a Leeds side from the 70s (except Leeds could defend).

The only player listed there that might possibly change that is Moura and thats pretty unlikely. Taking Miranda or Luis isn't going to make Brazil resemble 1982 again.

Scolari had to win the WC, he picked the best squad to do that.
